Prompt and helpful reply
Sent a question via their platform, they were unable to help but sent a very prompt reply (literally within a couple of hours) with who to contact and an email address.

Partial refund for an event issue
Event date changed to 10 months in advance and notified 30 minutes before we set off on the night out, 2.5 HR before the actual event was due to take place. Only face value refunded, so out of pocket at no fault of our own. This was also only if the event was past 14 days of the original date. Fortunately it was this time but if the date had changed to the following week where likely we would have been working having already booked this day off, we wouldn't have got a refund at all. Not great.

We’re really sorry for the frustration caused and completely understand how disappointing it is when plans are disrupted at short notice.
In this instance, the band had to cancel on the day due to illness. As soon as this was confirmed by the organiser, we immediately notified all ticket holders and made face-value refunds available at the same time. Your refund request was also responded to and processed the same day.
Unfortunately booking fees are non-refundable, as they cover payment processing and platform costs already incurred - this is standard practice across the ticketing industry.
Just to clarify the 14-day point mentioned in your review: this is the maximum period in which customers can request a face-value refund once a new date has been set for a rescheduled event, in line with UK ticketing regulations. It’s designed to give enough time for customers to decide whether they can attend the new date, rather than a restriction on refunds.
We take reviews and our Trustpilot score very seriously, as they help other customers decide whether to use our service. We’d really appreciate it if you could consider updating your review based on the above clarification.
