Jenna the customer service rep was kind and diligent. Yet the payment process is not clearly described in the beginning; ticketing process is unclear, and can seem shady.

Delivered discounted airline tickets
I was skeptical Thrive could deliver on heavily discounted business-class airfare tickets. It took few extra days to actually book and deliver the tickets but they did it! Their Support Agent kept me in the loop each day (often multiple times per day) as I was somewhat paranoid about dealing with non-traditional airline booking company.

Thank you for trusting us Steven, and next time you can book directly through the agent that you worked with - it can be somewhat faster and cheaper this way! All in all, it sometimes takes longer, but it works well especially when our customers are open to communication!
Good experience
At first didn’t understand the method of booking because they made the reservation directly with the airline so I saw a charge on my card of the airline and this company separate. They made an additional booking of a flight to keep the low price but it doesn’t affect my flight. It’s extra. Communication with customer service was good.

it did actually work
I was a bit sceptic since I never used this website before but though it took 24 hours - so do not do this last minute but give at least 24 hours and it did work- I went to the airline and entered the booking number /reference (PRN number ) and I was able to print my tickets - lets wait until I actually fly - I will definetley use it again since it did save me over 800 dollars !
