I was a little antsy using their service, since their pricing for business class was so much cheaper than the airlines were quoting. But our flights from sfo to Edinburgh were flawless as were the flights from Dublin to sfo. I contacted their rep Sheena Taylor a couple of times with questions. She responded almost immediately each time. She was very helpful. I will use them again.

Awful experience - two voided tickets in a row due to “inventory issues.” Cost me an extra ~$500 to find a new ticket since this process took multiple days to sort out and the flight was only a few days out (obviously no apology, let alone a discount or credit, was offered). “Kate Reese” was unresponsive and difficult to work with. If you’re booking on short notice, stay away.

I was charged 150Euro for check-in bags. Waited for 3 hours at the airport for processing carry-on , but not permitted by Austrian airlines. THE ONLY WAY TO PROCESS/PAY IS AT THE ORIGINAL BOOKING BY YOUR AGENCE. I was forced to pay check-in price for my carry-on. IT IS A MISTAKE FROM YOUR SERVICE. I need a reimbursement.

You do need to be patient, but the agency found me a very convenient itinerary and a great deal on overseas tickets.

I had an issue that was preventing me from booking my boss’s flights, and Blair went absolutely above and beyond to help me resolve it. She was incredibly patient, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to figure out what was happening rather than simply giving me a standard response.

Her dedication and willingness to personally work through the issue made all the difference. Thanks to Blair’s help, I was ultimately able to get my boss’s flights booked successfully.

Cheap and fast

I was unsure as to how reliable the reservation was, and a little bit uncertain because it took awhile to be confirmed. But it was confirmed it, it worked fine, and it was cheaper than another platform such as KAYAK was offering.

Got me a great price 5 weeks before departure !

Site was easy to use etc. It took a while for the ticket to be issued so had to be patient and not panic that the price had gone up.

There was a period of 24 hours when a service member did not respond to my questions about a ticketing delay of greater than 72 hours. Once I received a response, the team was informative and understanding with clear communication.

Booking was confirmed within a few hours. Price was better than the airline’s website price by 1000 Euros
