Due to all these chunk mails from all these flight suppliers, I deleted all what came in later, so I realized only when I wanted to do on-line check-in, that Ghrive Travel has deleted my booking and paid back the money - very bad experience

Got a business class ticket for a great price. Someone from the company reached out right away after the purchase and offered any support if needed.

I am extremely disappointed with Thrive travel. I tried to book my flight **twice** through them.

The first time, I booked and paid after seeing a good fare. Later, I was informed that the ticket was **not confirmed**. I tried again a few days later, and the same problem happened.

They continue to show attractive low fares on Skyscanner, but when you actually try to complete the booking, there is no proper confirmation or response. Their customer support is also very poor. The hotline and chat are available, but I could not get a timely response.

Because of these delays, I lost several days. Now I have to book through another platform at a much higher price. If I had known from the beginning that they could not confirm my ticket, I could have booked elsewhere at a cheaper fare.

Showing a low price is meaningless if the booking cannot actually be confirmed. **Two booking attempts, wasted time, poor communication, and additional cost for me. Very disappointing experience.**

The price Thrive Travel managed to get me was extremely competitive so very happy with that. The ticket was with Lufthansa from Milano to Munich, Munich to SFO. Had no issues with the ticket, it was all on the up and up and went well. The back and forth with the sales team and customer service could have been better as I initially purchased a ticket that would leave Milan 2 days later for which they were unable to procure at that pricing, and came back asking if I'd like to pay more for that very trip. I ended up having to find something 6 days out Aug 12th and went back to Thrive to purchase and that was the one they were able to fulfill. Just wish I didn't have to call Thrive 4-5 times process would have been a little more smooth and pleasant but alas, they did get me a great fare that was honored and legitimate with Lufthansa.

As soon as I booked and paid, got an email asking me if I agree with changes to the flight schedule. Then told these changes are mandatory in fact. The price ticket was $416 but charged over $600 on my credit card, when email to inquire explanation and to request refund I was told they only see on their end $400 charged.
Then when I got to the airport and I went to check in, as you cannot doubt online when booking with Thrive Travel, I was told I don’t have a reservation and my name is NOT on any of their flight lists of the airline I was suppose to flight with.
I had to book another ticket on the spot and dispute the charge on my credit card. I spent over 10 hours in the airport for an hour and a half flight.
Do NOT book with Thrive Travel unless you are looking for issues and stress with your traveling. Their name should be “thrive to be stress when traveling”

It was a complicated booking but Stephanie helped tremendously. Not cheap but nothing is anymore.

Bought a round trip ticket a month ago, to Europe.
Received a text today, that there was a problem, my flight in just 10 days. Apparently Thrive sold me a ticket with an invalid discount code. Because my ticket was
"non-refundable" I could not get a refund when buying
a much more expensive replacement ticket.
I have learned that when one uses websites to see
what airlines have what options, to then call the airline directly, instead of risking a mistake with entities such as Thrive.
