I paid for my flight 3 days ago and still have not received my boarding passes or confirmation that I have the flight.
My flight is in two days.

The flight was cancelled and the airline check in assistant was not able to provide information. Once contacted the Thrive support team, the details were clear

The follow up was good but took almost a day and a half to get confirmation back about a flight. I did see lower prices on other websites however

Easy to book and great prices plus quick confirm of tickets and seats. So far so good. Ask me when I’m back from the trip!

I booked Lufthansa flights through Thrive Travel and paid extra for a “REFUNDABLE BOOKING OPTION” during checkout. The checkout page described the upgrade as a way to receive a 100% refund for eligible reasons and marked the refundable option as recommended.

When I later tried to pursue a refund, Thrive told me the ticket itself was non-refundable and directed me to a separate third-party refund process. That was not what I understood I was buying when I paid extra for the refundable option through Thrive’s checkout flow.

I asked Thrive to clarify the pre-purchase terms, fare rules, and how the refundable option worked, but I did not receive the documentation I was looking for. Based on my experience, I would not book through Thrive again unless I had the full fare rules and refund terms in writing before payment. How can you present a refundable option to a ticket you later express as non-refundable. Poor form - still chasing this weeks later.

Great prices and great support

You provided a very competitive price for the Travel and were extremely responsive from a Customer Service perspective

It worked out.
I was booking too close to the travel date so the airlines were charging 400% more than the prices a few months before. The flights were also not fill. I was nervous about Thrives offer (significantly lower) than the other booking sites. What they do is book multi stop flights that include the leg you need. You simply just complete your segment and ignore the rest. It’s a remedy to the Airlines price gouging algorithm that seems unreasonable. Anyways, it worked!

No response on any channel (chat, email and phone) during business hours, from opening to closing, on Friday

not one single number to enter my ticket worked, sent emails and no one answered, tried to call em 10 times no one answered

So logical in communication, even with a internal creative way you ticket and offer the services, YOU explain and guide the purchaser.

Thrive got me a business ticket that cost $25,000 for two tickets on British Airways for $5,000 total. Got tickets delivered within a few hours. Great experience.

my ticket got cancelled an i did't even get an confirmation email about it. found out at check-in desk.

My card was declined because I was in another country so I got an email from Thrive Travel immediately with an 800 number to call them and they answered immediately and we resolved the issue and they booked my tickets right away.
