Disappearing accounts and no response from support.

Several people say ThriveCart is cheap, and you get what you pay for. I didn't buy because it was cheap but because I heard good about it. Bought in 2018 and have been actively promoting it as an affiliate too until recently.

In August 2025, my vendor account disappeared while I was logged in.

It took me more than a week and daily messages to them (not as many replies from them) before they finally fixed the problem. It took 20 minutes from I told them I would write a review.

Now my affiliate account gone. This means I'm not getting paid the commissions I should have received.

I'm not able to promote the product I should have promoted this week. Loss of money.

I reported it 30 hours ago. No reply since 14 hours ago. Not. A. Sound. Nothing.

Overall about ThriveCart this last year, maybe more:

Learn platform bugged since at least the beginning of August. You can't see who's participating in a course. Reported bug back then. It's still there.

Learn platform horrible to work with. You can't copy and paste and keep simple formatting like new paragraphs. Not even from Learn to Learn. This means it takes hours to set a course up when it should have taken max 15 minutes.

Lots of small things are not ideal like for example you can't search for a product you want to see stats for. You need to scroll down the list till you find it.

Another example: Now they have a limit of 5000 transactions. You can't filter for, say, transactions above a certain amount, because as soon as you hit "All time" it starts working and hits the 5000 limit. So, now you have to wait and download a huge file.

It's sad. ThriveCart has never been perfect but it was good. I was so happy to have bought lifetime access to it and proud to promote it.

Now I'm looking for something else and I'm considering not even promoting products sold on ThriveCart because it seems that accounts can disappear just like that with nobody knowing how to get them back.

Fast response and clear comms!

I’ve used ThriveCart for 18+ months and it’s been nothing but problems. Constant bugs, confusing design, and subscription features that literally cancel paying customers automatically. It’s cost me money, time, and customer trust.

If you run a subscription business, don’t use ThriveCart. Other platforms may look more expensive upfront, but they’ll save you far more in the long run. Honestly, it’s the worst software platform I’ve used in 20+ years online.

Feedback to my question was direct and to the point and answered my questions completely.

I have found this service reliable and the support team is great.

It was on the weekend, and they still got back to me within a couple of minutes. Dominic was assisting me and he was very thorough and helpful in giving me guidance to resolve my issue - which was easily fixed once I knew how. Thank you Dominic!

I have been using Thrivecart for years and have used it for automatic payments. They come in as expected, and I have no issues with them. They are a great company to work with.

Although it says the day for 2024, it's been much earlier...

Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with Thrivecart. Whenever I’ve reached out, the replies have been super quick, really human, and actually helpful (not just copy-paste stuff). The team is always positive, open to suggestions, and it feels like they genuinely care. Makes such a difference compared to other platforms I’ve used.

I have never had better customer service than I've experienced with the staff at ThriveCart. There have been a few different times when I was having technical issues, so I would contact support, and often within just a few minutes I would get an email response back, and my solution solved in a matter of minutes as well.

Additionally, ThriveCart is such an amazing tool at such an amazing price. I have not found any other product that compares to the features that the pricing ThriveCart offers.

I decided to change my review of Thrivecart.

In my previous review, I wrote that Thrivecart had lots of bugs, and that support was not helpful. I was pissed at them, I think rightfully, because I was very excited by the tool but bugs prevented me from using it.

The way they handled it was incredible.

Within days of hearing me complaining, I had a call with a manager who asked me to list every single problem I had, and tackled them one by one. Within a week, all problems I had were solved. They continuously check-in with me to see if everything goes right.

I want to share this experience, as I think when you pick a platform, and if this platform includes software and evolves a lot, bugs are going to happen. But Thrivecart has been evolving very positively in the past years, with TONS of good updates, like inclusive VAT, and I would say if bugs happen, but they're treated this way, I gladly take them 👍🏼

I've been a loyal ThriveCart user for years and have never regretted it for a single moment. The customization options for order forms are fantastic without being overwhelming, the members area works perfectly for course creators, and the customer service is excellent! Best of all, it's a one-time payment instead of a monthly fee — truly a great investment. Highly recommended!
