Thrivecart is a nightmare, especially in Europe. Every time they fix one issue, they seem to break five more. When a major bug occurs, it takes them two to three months to resolve it, even for problems that could likely be fixed in under an hour with some devs.
If you plan on using Thrivecart in Europe, where prices are inclusive of VAT (TVA), I would strongly recommend choosing a different tool. You will end up losing more time than you can possibly imagine.
Price display, invoice, checkout page... I have never ever seen so many problem in one tool... it seems endless. So sad.

I had an issue after accidentally deleting a course, and ThriveCart support helped me recover it quickly. Their response was fast, clear, and professional. I’m really impressed with the support team, they saved hours of work. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing. I upgraded to pro+ and was trying to integrate it for days. Several tickets did not bring a solution and because we had a deadline, we choose to integrate Stripe. That was done in 30 minutes. I asked for a refund for pro+ because I can't use it, and that was 4 days outside the refund window. After days and days of testing. Customer support is very rigid, hiding behind policies rather than fair play

Very disapppinted at the support service from thrive cart. After a long back and forth requesting payments that dissapeared with connect plus update...they stopped responding to me on an issue I emailed to be sorted out over a month ago. This is my second time not getting a resolution np reply from tehir suppprt or really subpar that leave me stuck. After an apology I was told to report to a manager if I faced silence from thrive cart and I have messaged np replution. The issues are piling up with thrive cart and unfortunantely a very subpar suppprt team who respind when they feel like and very unhelpful so I have come here to see if I will get a response. This delay has effected my earnings
