The hats are junk. You can buy better quality hats for less money at a parking lot carnival in bfe! I wish I could post pictures of what i ordered vs what i received. That would all speak for itself. I complained. They said it was the pictures. BS! Then they said I could send them back for a refund. They came from a place in Virginia. I had to send them back to China. They would refund the money when they received it. Right.

Wrong sizes, didn't send the full order, absolute rubbish quality. Complete joke.

Sämsta möjliga leveranstid. Efter två månader och mycket tjat till kundtjänst kom en hatt som såg ut som en hatt för barn på Buttricks. Så lurad! Helt fel storlek och så långt från vad bilden visade så jag kan inte annat än att skratta. Dyr läxa! Sista gången jag handlar något från en Kinabutik igen. Sämst!

Absolute rubbish. Fancy dress quality shipped in a box too small for the hats. Ordered the Crocodile Dundee hat and the Skynyard. Absolute rubbish. Nothing like advertised. Only after I ordered was I aware it was a far east company or I wouldn’t have been anywhere near it. Will be claiming back from my credit card company.

I ordered and paid for VIP shipment. This extra payment should have provided for faster shipping and at the most 18 working days. They seem not to have many working days because 45 days later still received nothing. Not even a shipping confirmation so am afraid this is going to be a very bad experience.... Will keep this updated if I receive hats. Hope quality will be better than VIP service that was promised.

I still waiting my delivery data, my order is TH12100. And I don't have any answer from you. I wrote two times to your mail without any answer. My order was payed on July 1st.

I ordered the Unforgiven replica hat and received a piece of cheap yellow felt, that was sort of hat shaped, with a piece of brown ribbon for the band and it was all wadded up in a bag. There is no lining, you couldn't use this hat for a high school play. Absolute garbage.

Don't be a mug. Avoid this sham company.

I oredered a bespoke fedora hat paid 100 aud recieved a raggedy piece of cloth unwearable crap they told me to give it to a friend and returned a portion of the money ? There ads look good they say there american but there chinese and there still got heaps of ads up

Deceptive Company - hats do not match picture or description. I ordered two hats that were described as buffalo felt, made in Garland, Texas. The first red flag was that they didn't issue a real receipt, just the Paypal transaction details. I filed a complaint with Paypal, which didn't accomplish much. They gave me a shipping number and the hats finally arrived after the paypal complaint automatically closed. They were cheap felt, had no lining and shipped in a bag instead of a box. Instead of leather hat bands, one was plastic and the other was fabric. They were the same shape, despite being different on the website. They were worse than you'd get from a pop-up Halloween store.

The hat I ordered was shipped in a bag and smashed and folded

I ordered hats that were supposed to be in stock. It took two months after constantly emailing about the shipping time for me to get a partial shipment of my items. The items came damaged beyond repair. Nonetheless, items were not as described. Plastic hats that were supposed to straw. And hat color was not as described. I paid with PayPal and they had to retrieved my money. Company will say no cancelations or returns. Awful in every way possible.

This Site is a Total Scam!!!
I made a purchase on what looked to be a quality aged-looking hat & I received instead something you would find at a Halloween spirit store if that.
I'm 75% sure it came from China even though the company made it look like it a NJ-based company & it was shipped in a plastic bag, not a box - across the country/world yes, in a plastic bag. Fair to say it arrived dented & damaged!

They have it all set up that they pay to ship but, when you try to return it they say it will cost you more money to return it than it's worth & will be happy to pay a small refund only! Such a SCAM!

The hat I ordered came in a black plastic bag that had been wrapped in clear plastic sandwich wrap. The package was crushed and thus the hat was crushed sideways. Further, the USA shipping partner with a BBB rating of "F", let the package sit for days before it was transferred to a USPS office in Indianapolis instead of a post office in the Chicago area adding to the extended delivery time.

The hat didn't come in a box. It was shipped via USPS. It arrived smashed and bent out of shape. I'll have to take it to a shop and get it pressed.

Comprato un cappello con tanto di richiesta di taglia. Arrivato in pezzo di nylon tutto piegato, il cappello all'interno ha con cordino da adattare alla taglia !! Tessuto durissimo , praticamente un pezzo di cartone pagato 50 euro. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Pessimo
