Never, never buy from this company. Customer service is non-existent. You can't call them or even email. Only chat is available. Their online technology doesn't work. I ordered 3 bras and only 2 arrived. The 'Chat' agent didn't really empathize. They sent out the 3rd. Now I can't return all 3 because their return page says 'this item is not returnable' on each one. I placed the order on 4/23. That's 12 days. They say they have a 60-day return. Also the bras came in boxes with no plastic bags or tissue paper. Did not make up for the printed shipping box. Spend money on service, not boxes!

A warning for Canadian buyers. I purchased a bra with the understanding that a return to Canada would cost me $9.99. But when the bra did not fit properly the company charged me $19.98 for the return indicating shipping was extra. When I pointed out that the website clearly states $9.99 for international returns they refused to honour it and they still haven’t clarified on the site. Unfortunately for me I was fooled twice because I ordered a replacement bra before I realized the misinformation and as neither fit I am now out almost $40 just for trying two bras. If you are in Canada and try their products be warned a return will cost double what they claim on their site.

Ordered 2 bras after using fit finder for $126 (pricy) but figured if they fit it was worth it. Took over a week for them to arrive after 2 shipping delays. Neither bra fit so I initiated a return. Shipped the bras out the next day. After almost two weeks I have been told the return is still "in transit" to the warehouse and that after my return is received at the warehouse ( which I can only assume is on the moon since it is taking so long) I will be issued a refund in 10 to 20 days. so turnaround is about a month to two for a refund. What a farce. Don't bother unless you like waiting forever to get your money back. BTW they will offer you instant store credit without receiving your return so I assume people who get sick of waiting will be sucked in to using this so they don't lose their money. Hard to accept this type of system in the world we live in where money can be sent and received in an instant (like when Third Love took payment from me).

I bought my first love bra in 2018 and I loved it. Bought the same bra 2 months ago and what a difference. Flimsy, didn’t hold the shape. Cups not well fitted. I have bought much better bras at Target for less than a third of the cost. Will never buy again.

Ordered three hundred dollars in bras according to their fit guidance. Nothing fit. One item was completely the wrong style, not what I had ordered. Tried to exchange- that process is confusing, cumbersome, and extremely limited. THEN it takes 10-20 days to refund your money once they receive the returned package. I exchanged a couple bras. Still not the right fit. No more exchanges available - only a refund. Guess I’ll be waiting another month on that refund. They will tie up your money. I did receive some contact from customer service who seemed kind but was ultimately ineffective. Think twice before ordering. Plenty of other lingerie companies with high end, well constructed bras have made exchanges and returns a fast, painless process. Does ThirdLove have high end, well constructed bras? I don’t know. I haven’t been able to find out yet, through a two month plus process. Wish I had read these reviews first. Hope someone else will.

i’ve ordered 3 bras from here 2 of the basic ones and a crossover one . The crossover squeezes the underarm areas and the underwire is poking at both spots at the sternum . Hurts like hell . The other two were fine but now one underwire is poking in the armpit under my boob . Can’t wear them . They were supposed to have a quality guarantee on them . I spent 210$ for 3 bras i have to throw in the garbage . Thanks Thirdlove !!!!

Wow the customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. I have ordered from ThirdLove in the past and everything has gone smoothly, but this most recent order never even made it to my front door. The website said I needed to wait 3 days before reaching out so I did and the customer service rep immediately emailed back and said to wait 3 BUSINESS days and asked me to confirm my address in the meantime. So I reached out after 3 business days to confirm my package did not magically appear and if someone would please help me now. No response, despite their immediate replies to tell me to wait. I emailed AGAIN the next day and still nothing. I finally used the chat feature to get a response and I received no apology for my experience, delay in receiving my order, etc. Nothing. In fact, the rep told me they could only ship me a replacement if I gave them a completely new address!!! They really act like it’s your fault when something goes wrong and make you feel bad for reaching out. Sorry ThirdLove, your customer service’s lack of professionalism and care has lost a customer.

I would give Third Love 5 stars but I dropped a star due to price. $65-$70 a bra is really pricey. Especially in the midst of a pandemic. I digress.....
I ordered bras from VS, Soma and Third Love and Third Love was the winner by far. Really pretty bras, I ordered a few balconettes, lace and a pima cotton. I just felt pretty in them (I’m an average size girl, not thin and not overweight). But it had been a long time since I found a bra that made me feel good, fit was almost perfect. I ordered a plunge style that seem to have smaller cups.
I have not had to do a return or anything so I can’t comment on that. One thing, it seems a lot of their fun colors and styles are out of stock.
I bought their T-shirt bra and after a few months and just 4 times wearing it (and hand washing/air drying as specified), the foam cups started to pucker sufficiently to be seen THROUGH my shirt. No Thanks.
I contacted them, and at first they said they'd make an exception and permit an exchange, but when it didn't go through, I reached out and got a different answer. Puckering is NOT A DEFECT, I just needed to wear it more. Pass on that. If they won't support their products, I want nothing to do with them. At. All.

I tried so hard to like these bras after hearing such good things, but I just don't like them whatsoever. They are so uncomfortable and overstructured, I did not last longer than an hour wearing them. They are also just not worth the price. For a bra that expensive, I expected it to be magical, but it's not. Also, the return process was horrible. I argued back and forth with customer service who said they never got my return, but I tracked it in the mail and they did. They ended up only refunding me for one of the three bras I got??? Ridiculous. I would not recommend these to anyone. Save your money and go to an actual bra store!!!

I purchased my first bra and loved it. I decided to order a new one because the straps kept falling down. I put in the fit with my current issues. I ordered the bra size recommended. It was too small. I emailed for an exchange and was sent a link to do it online. The bra size needed was not available do unable to exchange. I called customer service was told to bad you will have to process a return. I am told I have to pay shipping both ways. So because they recommended a size that didn't fit I am out $11 plus tax. The CS is horrible! At this point I just want my money back. Don't buy from Third Love! What a nightmare!

I ordered 2 bras on black Friday in my recommended size according to the fit finder. I was so excited for them to arrive but when they finally arrived (about a month later) they are just slightly too small. So I reached out for an exchange only to be told they don't do exchanges for buyers in Canada only refunds. And my sale price won't be honored just because their fit finder was slightly wrong. They are also charging me $10 USD just to return it. That's about $16 Canadian. Buyer beware in Canada. Don't bother buying from here because getting the wrong size will cost you and its almost guaranteed you will be wrong about your size on the first order. This is such bad customer service that its basically a scam. Very unimpressed.

Purchased 4 bras in their Thanksgiving sale based on the recommendation of their Fit Finder. I questioned the recommended size but figured they knew best. The band size was too small so I exchanged them for a different band size, but left the cup size as suggested. Received the exchanged bras and band size is a perfect fit, unfortunately the cups are way too big. Tried to exchange them a second time for the correct band & cup size and was told they didn't allow exchanges on exchanges.
And since I bought them on sale I would have to pay more than twice what I paid for the same number of bras in the same exact color and style. I find it difficult to believe that a company that sells rather expensive bras *ONLINE ONLY* wouldn't want to make sure that the perfect size bras reached their customers while honoring the sale price. But here I am having to return bras that don't fit and not having that sale price honored.

At first, I was so excited to buy from this brand because it features women of all backgrounds, shapes & sizes. However, after purchasing three bras from them, I realized none of them were flattering or comfortable. When I tried to return the items, I was told that one of the bras was final sale. I understand the terms of final sale - that's fine... but not in this case because ThirdLove places information about a 60 Day Fit Guarantee with free returns & exchanges under these very same final sale items and so at the time of purchase I thought the item was covered by this 60 Day Guarantee. When I reached out to the ThirdLove team, I was told that the item was listed as final sale in the cart at checkout and so they were unwilling to give me a refund, exchange, or anything in return for false advertising. These company practices are so dishonest and disappointing. They truly do not care about providing a pleasant customer service experience. And one final thing that is super bizarre- the company relies on your current bra size in order to suggest a new size... but most people are already wearing the wrong bra size. I didn't see any mention of precise measurements to truly guarantee a decent fit. Nothing makes sense with this place.

Fitting is a joke. I have to fit myself based on the best fitting bra I currently have. Makes very little sense, especially if you don't have one that currently fits. How about some guidance on fitting yourself if you DON'T currently having anything that fits well.
Customer Service; they make promises, but don't keep them. They encouraged me to order more items to get a better fit, then there was a delay in delivery, so I held on to the other items too long, now can't return them. So I have 3 ill-fitting bras that I can't use retailing for about $275 - never worn, but tried on once.
Repeatedly explained this and no one cares. I'll never spend another dime with this company and I've made it my mission to share my experience. They don't give a hoot about helping their potential long term customers. They hide behind chat and texting for communications. Pathetic. Buyer beware. I could get better customer service at a discount department store.

I have now purchased multiple bras and underwear from this company. My first package came and I would say that the size I got is a little bit small but I didn’t feel like bothering with a return (which from the reviews seems like it was a good idea not to return) so I kept them. There are some that are more comfortable than others but I think that all of them are a bit thinner than I would like. A lot of the cute colors and styles were out of stock for my size and I feel like it would be nice to be able to add them to a favorites or wish list so I can easily go in and grab the ones that I want instead of scrolling through all of them and trying to find the one I want. I have contacted a person via their text option because I had a birthday gift and it didn’t seem to give it to me for free. At first she was a little rude but I could be reading into it as you can’t really tell tone from texts. But after everything was all said and done she was very nice and helpful. All in all I would say it’s a decent company and has decent customer service but I have never had to do a return.
I ordered two styles: the pima cotton t-shirt bra and the everyday lace t-shirt bra. I found a 15% off first-time buyer coupon code on retailmenot.com, which worked fine, plus there was free shipping. The items shipped quickly and were nicely-packaged.
Then there was the fit (36A). Neither bra was truly comfortable, and the everyday lace even bunched on the sides. I tried different hook settings, and nope, it was just a poor fit. I sent that one back, and I won't be using the credit the company insists on giving while slow-rolling the actual refund to my credit card.
The pima cotton bra was a marginally better fit (at least it didn't bunch on the sides). However, now that I've worn it three times, I can say that it is *not* comfortable, especially in the heat when it gets excessively sweaty under the band. I can feel the underwire dig in after 3-4 hours of wear, and I can't wait to tear it off at the end of the school day (I'm a teacher).
I'm going back to Victoria's Secret.
The bra shipped quickly, but it was uncomfortable against my skin. Unfortunately the 1 star is due to the return policy. They won't give your money back for about 45 days after you put the return in the mail. This is unacceptable for a company in the 21st century. Stay away from ThirdLove unless you're very confident you won't need to return the product.
