I experienced an issue where the sale price wasn't being applied to the items in my cart. I chatted with Kabou who quickly agreed that the sale wasn't working right and manually fixed my cart price so that I could check out successfully. She was very pleasant to work with and I appreciated how easy it was to fix.

I made an order on November 30th. The entire order was intended to be presents for my family. It is December 12th and despite receiving an email on the 7th that my order had shipped, it has not shipped at all. I spoke with a customer service (what a joke) agent yesterday… and she said that my order is ready to go out but hasn’t been picked up by UPS yet?! As if in 6 days UPS hasn’t been to pick up any of their orders?? What?! Further, she said she couldn’t guarantee I’d have the items by Christmas due to “these uncertain times”. How insulting and infuriating! This has nothing to do with Covid and everything to do with this company sucking at actually sending you what you paid for. I will NEVER order from them again. Further now I am in the horrible position of having to order replacement gifts since I can’t wrap “these uncertain times”. Utter bullsh*t.

Honestly I’m giving this business one star for my most recent customer service experience and the confusion they have caused me alone. Just to explain a little bit of my frustration, I placed my order on November 28th and I didn't really hear anything about it until December 1st when I was notified it had shipped out. A couple days after that i tried to track my package and on the website it still said that my order was processing and they would let me know when it had shipped out, even though I was already told it had. Confusing. I contacted customer support and they informed me that it could take about 4-5 days to be able to track it after it has been shipped out which is ridiculous but I was fine with it. Well it is now the 7th of December and I still cannot track anything, it still says on their website that my order is processing. This is my first experience ordering something from here and it's just not turning out that positive. I have spent all day today trying to get in contact with customer support and I’ve been told that some of they communication systems were down so I could possibly have to wait 48 hours for a response. Luckily I got an email response three hours later but to my disappointment once again, it was from an “AI Assistant” I was given a link to track my package though, and told “while it is taking longer than expected, it is on its way.” I still see no expected delivery date though. The whole customer service aspect is a joke to say the least. I will almost positively never be ordering from this company again, not unless I get the bra and it’s literally the best one I’ve ever purchased, but honestly judging from the other reviews I don’t think that will be the case. This is my second time in a row trying to purchase a bra from an online company designed for bigger breasts. I personally think it’s really sad that women who need bigger sizes they can’t find in the stores have to deal with sketchy websites and things like this in order to try to find something. It honestly makes me want to give up my search to find a bra, disappointment over and over. Thanks ThirdLove.

Buy our bras - YES, show some compassion - BIG NO!
In the last year I had two shoulder replacements that have taken away my ability to reach behind my back to fasten a bra. During this year I purchased 5 bras which I thought I would be able to use after my therapy. Being a senior on a fixed income, the bras were a splurge for me and I looked forward to the day I would be able to wear them. Since I cannot, I wrote to Third Love about exchanging the bras I purchased (which are past the allowable return period) for some bras that I can pull over my head. The first person I communicated with was Abi, who tried to help me with an exchange. When Abi was unable to help I was contacted by Aurora who promptly told me my bras could not be returned because it was outside the return period. She told me she would offer me a discount. I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford to purchase more items from ThirdLove. Having worked in retail during my life, I know there are those who go out of their way to please a customer - but I guess ThirdLove has a different philosophy. It would have really been nice to be shown some compassion and been able to exchange the bras. As I've read many of your reviews - your customer service leaves a bit to be desired. I count myself as another unimportant customer - you don't stay in business long with this type of attitude.

My order stayed stuck in "label created" status for a long time, and then the items were out-of-stock in my size before they would've been shipped (?).
Customers shouldn't be able to order items that aren't in stock and then have to tell YOU about the issue. I wouldn't try ordering from them again.

However, their referral program and various discounting methods are highly suspect and very misleading. Cute bras. Nothing fit. Exchanged one for another size. Got it quickly but no refund back yet on the three I sent back. Customer service NOT helpful in anyway. They have received my package but awaiting check in?? Seriously? You had no problem taking the check in the purchase. Check it in and give me a refund. It has been a month. Will never order from them again. BEWARE!!

I made a Trustpilot account just for this brand. I should’ve read the reviews first before buying their “custom bra” crap.
The bra they suggested and sent me is soooo small and ridiculous. WTH is this sizing based out of?? Nothing special with it. Material feels so cheap you can get better ones at Target or any store with faster shipping, easy return, and actual customer service.
It’s true what others are saying that their customer service is useless. The insincerity is so thick you can almost be sure it’s somebody at home typing “sorry for the inconvenience” while smirking and drinking wine. Everything here takes 2 weeks- processing your order to be shipped takes 2 weeks. Refunding your money? 2 weeks even after they’ve already received the item. Yes they will keep your money. Scammy much?
And before you reply here with your copy-pasted insincere ‘Bra shopping is difficult’ bullcrap, don’t you think that’s why we tried your company in the first place anyway cos you’re supposed to make it easier?

Unfortunately you can not give zero stars or this review would have such.
1. Bras digs in on sides where the wire is and straps always fall down.
2. I purchased two bras on July 21, 2021 and as of today both now have broken where the wire on the sides pops out of the bra.
I contacted customer service, no phone number, no nothing all they stated was that I needed to send a picture to an email to see if they were eligible for anything. I paid very good money for two bras and for both of them to have broken in less than 2 months. Unnerving!

I ordered two bras since my rib cage has expanded. I measured my rib cage and ordered one size to account for my bones, yes bones.
When I received my order, the bras were very tight. I measured the size of the bra sent to me.. it was 9 inches smaller than the size I had ordered.
I then texted customer service, since they never provide a phone number, and they told me the size around the chest doesn't matter! They said that the bras are custom made and meant to stretch to fit all. I assured them this bra stretching 9 inches is NOT a fit. I put it on, the straps immediately fell off my shoulders and the ribs were tight. I am surprised these reviews are not more visible, this company clearly knows nothing about undergarments.

My order arrived very fast. I am happy with the product. What I am not happy about is that they do not honor their promotions. I was referred to Third Love by one of their customers. The code clearly said $20 off your first order, and in return, the customer who referred me was supposed to get $20 off their next order. Their website FAQ says you just need to click the referral link and the discount will be applied. It wasn't and I was in a rush and didn't realize it. I applied another promo not realizing it would mess everything up. After I realized my mistake, I went through the chat and they told me they would apply the referral discount code. Then, they said said they were only going to give me 20% off, not $20. I commented about this in the feedback for the chat service and another customer service rep emailed me. I asked why I wasn't getting $20 off like my discount code said I should be getting. They told me the only thing they could do was apply 20% off. I shared a screenshot of the promotion where it said $20 off and showed the code that I sent them. Had I known this, I would have canceled my order and placed a new order with the correct code applied. I gave up trying to get my $20 off and instead asked if the customer who referred me get their $20 off? No. They would not honor that part of the promotion either and only offered 15% off to the referring customer for their next purchase. Absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I bought anything from this store was because of the referring customer. I'm still on the fence about whether or not I'm going to report them to the FTC. I have screen captures of the promotions and cannot understand how they cannot honor any portion of their own promotion. In the chat, they told me they were going to apply it and instead let my order get fulfilled and shipped. Most likely, I feel like if I return this bra I'm never going to see it or my money again so I might as well just cut my losses. As a new customer they didn't care about my business and for the referring customer, they really didn't care that they brought them business. Do not trust them, save yourself a headache and find someplace else.

Atrocious customer service. They have a high shipping minimum of $100. I’m happy to spend that much however they are ALWAYS out of my sizes. I have tried to purchase from them about eight times now and run into this. I recently tried to take advantage of a promotion for a bra/panty set at $60 each, but was unable to find a second set in a different color of my sizes. So I asked them to make an exception and ship the one set for free. They refused. They offered a free shipping code, but that would have negated the $20 sale price since you can only use one code/offer at a time. I suggested instead that they reimburse me for the shipping after my purchase of the one set but they also refused. Now I know why they have such dismal reviews here and on other sites. Get it together. Figure out which sizes are most common/in demand and produce extra. And how about lowering your shipping minimum to $50 which is more reasonable, or allowing exceptions for would be first-time buyers such as myself. At this rate I will never make a purchase. I guess they don’t want to make money that bad. Facepalm.

I ordered on line. The bra was not delivered even though the tracking said it was. I went to the website, No phone number. You could text, I do not have that capability or email. I emailed and received an AI response telling me the package had been delivered. Finally a human showed up on the other side of the email but it took a while.
I will not do business with a company that has so much gate keeping involved. I had to spend way too much time to resolve the issue. AI responses are not helpful. No human contact no business from me. The bra was okay but the materials feel cheap and almost paper like instead of fabric.

I’m extremely disappointed in the company’s customer service. It’s awful. I ordered a bra at a discount that the company offered - $25 off their t-shirt bra. They sent me the wrong sized bra. I immediately contacted the company to get the correct size. They responded a day or two later asking for pictures. I immediately sent photos of the incorrect bra. Days later they contacted me asking if I wanted a replacement. Obviously I do! I asked for that in the first place. I immediately responded yes, and when they finally got back to me they had sold out of my size in all but one color, which I didn’t want. By the way… my bra was in stock through all of these emails because I kept checking. The last email stated that they issued a refund and 15% off my next order. Honestly, I could find a better discount looking through Instagram at influencers. Totally ridiculous. I called the company and they told me the same thing. I asked for a coupon code or gift card for the same $25 discount I received on my first order, which considering they sent me the wrong bra, is totally reasonable. They said they could not. I find it very difficult to believe that they could not find a way to make this right. I wanted the exact same bra once it was back in stock…. Not another style. They had a loyal customer in me… I have a difficult bra size and a very hard time finding bras to fit properly. Customer service goes a long way. I hope they can find a way to do better for future customers, because they sure lost one after this. Also, I tried to write a review to warn future customers about the poor customer service on their website, but the review was deleted.

I usually wear a 42C. Thought I'd try this brand, so I went through the process of answering questions, and they recommended I try a 42D. Of course it didn't work, so replaced it with a 42C, and that didn't work. Here's the problem with these bras: I has way too much material on the top & the sides so it bunches up and gapes. For the expense, these bras aren't worth it. Since THEY recommended the 'wrong' size and I had to return it, they should keep letting me send the bra back until I received the correct size. (When you do this, the return comes out of your pocket.) DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY, IT'S TOO FRUSTRATING!

I’ve ordered three bras in the past year - all of them being the 24/7 t-shirt bra. They are the best fitting, most comfortable bras I’ve ever worn! They also wash well. I got lazy and started putting one in the dryer - not a good idea. It lost its shape a little, but I still wear it! Highly recommended Third Love. My first order was in the spring of 2020, when things were going haywire with the pandemic. I had an issue with shipping - I think it was taking a longer time than expected - and their customer service person was quite helpful. Appreciate your good product and service!

The bras are the cheapest feeling material I’ve ever purchased at an outrageous cost.
The fit and comfort was terrible so I promptly returned only to be told that refunds take 10-20 business days, I’ve checked several times on my refund status and “it is on its way to the warehouse” is the only answer I get. DONT BUY. Go to Ross for a better quality bra. 🙄
