Our experience has been great. The agent was very helpful.

App almost never worked. Never got notifications for motion on my cameras. The system would be armed but app would say it was disarmed. The "24/7" monitoring was completely useless. We had our alarm go off for a solid ten to fifteen minutes from a tripped motion sensor by my cat (which we were told wouldn't set it off) without a single phone call. Don't waste your money. Spend the extra amount to get a better system.

NOT so pet friendly motion detector. I forget ONE TIME to lock the cat away in the bathroom and he triggered the motion detector. To make matters worst, I did not respond to the call about the alarm, as the call was from an unknown caller and went straight to voice mail. Result, the police was dispatched for no reason. Although it is good to know my police service reacts quite fast, hopefully this waste of time for them won't affect negatively any future response time when it is truly needed... The person that helped me set up the system was nice enough, but told me to put their 1-855 number in my contacts so that I would know when they called. Unfortunately, the number they specifically told me to put in my phone was NOT the one they called from when the alarm was triggered! That one is a 1-866 number. I was pretty mad. So any good review I would have given has been quite dampened by that event. They should give the right info upon setup. And stop the false advertisement about the "pet friendly" motion detector.

I am with Thinkpro for about 8 years, everything was OK until couple of times the system gets off, alarm sounded, but never got calls from monitoring centers.
Another issue is lugging software for mobile phones, often cannot arm, or disarm the system, software is not responding. Had to uninstall then install it back, very disappointing.
Really annoying is that Thinkpro constantly raising monthly rate for monitoring without notifications, just getting bill with bigger numbers. Now paying 50% more. Taking all this in account I'm starting to look for a different monitoring service, Thinkpro just not worth the money I'm paying.

I was a long term customer with a very simple system. Never had issues. Now we upgraded to have more features in a new house. So far everything seems fine the person who walked me through the installation was great as was the rep who answered all pre purchase questions. Only disappointment is the cameras need power from an outlet which is an issue in our case. Would love it if they sold smart locks as well.

So far the process has been very good. The purchase of the materials needed and cost were very reasonable. The material was delivered they said it would be. The installation with the help of my son was easy. The system has only been in for a few weeks but seems to be working as expected.
