This company is the worse company ever customer service is very poor they never call you back unless its for money they lie to you and the workmen ship is bad they said there will come to my oor and guess what they didn't co.e so again they lied would never use this company again

Somebody came to measure up for a new shower cubicle in my husband's bathroom on March 7th there was no panelling that matched what we already had, so he recommended a grey colour that would blend in. When he told us the price I was flabbergasted, but my husband agreed to it so I paid him the first part of the money. He said it would be about six weeks to the start date. A man came to start the work on April 25th, the first day he fitted the shower cubicle, put the panelling on then refit our own electric shower, and our own fan, which after it had been refitted didn't work. The grey panelling didn't match at all, it looked awful. He came back the next day to finish off, grab rails etc. Then he was going to fit the flooring, but there wasn't enough to do the whole floor, so he rang the company to tell them and they said they would order some more straight away. The rubbish from the job was left in the front garden and he said someone would come to remove it in the next couple of days, it didn't happen. I waited a couple of weeks and nothing had happened, so I rang them, they said the flooring hadn't been ordered, but said they would order it straight away. I waited another couple of week's and rang again, the chap I spoke to said it hadn't been delivered, then he said, oh wait a minute I can see it now, so he said he would arrange for someone to come and fit it. then somebody rang and asked for the final payment, because the job was finished, I told her the job wasn't finished, that the flooring hadn't been fitted, and there was still the rubbish in my front garden. She said she would arrange for someone to move it, but it was the Jubilee weekend, so it would have to be the following Tuesday. The man came to fit the flooring on June 2nd, when he got to our house he said he had been told it was a certain kind of flooring that needed no adhesive, but it did need adhesive and he didn't have any with him. He finally came on Sunday June 5th and did the remainder of the job. The lady rang again to ask for the final payment, but I told her again that the fan hadn't been replaced. By this time I was really fed up, so I rang and spoke to the managing director, and he said he would arrange for someone to fit a new fan. While I was on the phone I told him exactly what I thought of his company, and that I didn't even like the way the bathroom looked. The job was finally finished on June 29th when a lovely man came and
fitted the new fan.
I would not recommend this company to anybody, I think we were charged far too much for the work that has been done. I know the price was agreed in the beginning, but it was my husband that agreed to it, if it had been my choice I would have said no, but it is too late now, it took from March to the end of June to do a job that should have been finished in two days.
ALL I CAN SAY NOW IS DISGUSTED. Yes you did speak to me about this shower fitting, the job is finished at last, but that does not change the fact that overall I am not happy with the work that was done, you rang to ask for the final payment which I paid, you asked if all the work had been finished, which it had, but you didn't ask if I was happy with the work. I am not happy, I think the bathroom looks awful and the length of time it took to complete was ridiculous, and still mean everything I said in the first review.

Could not fault the installation of my bath. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily and I am really pleased with the finished result. Lucian explained every thing to our satisfaction. Would not hesitate to recommend this co.

From the first consultation to the completions of work the company made it very easy.
The gentlemen that came to fit the walking in shower was polite and understanding of the needs of my disabled wife and put her at ease
The fitting was a little more hard work then expected but John and luke was able to complete the work to a high standard.
The smile from the wife when she was able to walk in and out of the shower was priceless

We needed to upgrade our small bathroom to a walk in shower (for medical reasons) with replacement basin and toilet. We initially contacted 2 companies, these having been recommended to us. One company didn’t make a visit but quoted a ridiculous figure and a 5/6 month delivery. The other company visited but then didn’t even quote.
We then heard about The Walk in Bath Co. Called them and had a visit the next day. Our requirements were fully discussed and advice was offered. Everything was handled in a very professional manner to ensure that these would be met.The cost, delivery date and installation time were given.
Having decided to proceed we were delighted that everything went to plan. - delivery and installation date as promised. Installation was excellent being carried out by very experienced personnel, very efficient, clean and careful and tidying up.
Absolutely delighted with the result and can highly recommend this company. We send our sincere thanks to the entire team.

From first contact with the company through to installation, I received excellent service. "Problems" that other companies saw with my small bathroom where challenges to the company & I received the bathroom I wanted. Excellent & high quality work from all. The installation was done to the highest standard.

This is the first time I’ve used this company and I’m very pleased with the work. The fitter we had was called Lucian and he worked solidly for 4 days until my shower was finished. Very hard worker.
The price was a little expensive but it was worth it.

I would not usually write a review that was not positive but this is from extreme frustration with this company who are bad at communicating with their customers. My parents were given a date the first week of August 2021 for a walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. This is still unfinished - the cistern is broken, there was a leak under the sink and there is no seat in the shower. It is now the end of October and the stress of this has made my father unwell. My parents have repeatedly waited in for plumbers, calls and equipment which have not arrived as promised. Trying to speak to anyone who knows what is happening is nearly impossible, it feels like the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. For a company who deals with disabled and elderly people surely communicating is key and good service should be without question. This situation is unresolved and my parents do not have a usable bathroom. They were promised a plumber today who did not arrive and nobody at the office knew what was happening. Perhaps this company will respond to this review and they can put it right ASAP please.

Very pleased with our walk in shower. Installed by The Walk In Bath Co. The job was completed in two and half days with minimum of fuss. All old fittings removed on completion of the job.

For the past eight years I have suffered from osteoarthritis, which has steadily affected my quality of life. Whilst the quality of the product is good and fitters efficient. I now have experienced a leak which is coming through the ceiling and have been waiting nearly a month for a date to get it fixed. I telephone a great deal but have been unable to speak to anyone except an admin staff member. They guarantee the work but their service is shocking

Robbing old people shame on you. edited as you seem to feel the need to keep telling lies, the property in question has not been completed and you are leaving a vulnerable old couple without hot water which is illegal. I do not wish to speak to your customer services just sort it out and stop robbing people

Amazing! Contacted them on Monday, all ordered by Tuesday and because we were in a desperate situation, they pulled out all the stops to get an installation team on Wednesday. Absolutely incredible and so friendly to deal with. I simply could not recommend this company enough

I needed to upgrade my bathroom to a walk in shower configuration and I initially contacted two companies for quotes. The two surveyors were very professional and gave their assessments and costings to me.
I decided to go to The Walk in Bath Compny to do the work because I liked their products more.

The installing team were very efficient and clean, laying floor coverings and equipment near to hand.
When they had finished the installation they cleaned and tidied up and even had their own vacuum cleaner with them and they vacuumed the hallway carpet.

Throughout the whole process, before, during and on completion of the contract my enquiries and questions were dealt with courteously and professionally by the Managing Director, Sales Manager and Customer Services team.
I am delighted with the finished product.

I would like to take back my very negative review of this company There we’re some teething problems but these have more than been forgotten because of the excellent work from Darren and Adam .They have worked tirelessly and with great attention to detail and perfection

My wife and I live in an original Victorian property in Taddington in the Derbyshire Dales - not your average house and not the easiest to fit with a new bathroom. We had a cast iron bath, elderly toilet, rough pine floor and semi-tiled walls and ended up with marble effect walls all round and a lovely big walk-in shower. We appreciate that ours was a difficult project but the installer always arrived on time, and was professional and hard working. The materials, labour and the electrician were all covered by the overall costs and the installation took a week. We are very satisfied and would like to thank the company for their hard work and patience with our ancient architectural infrastructure! For Gerald Smith
