Great service, everything delivered with Royal Mail just 2 days after purchase.
What I ordered were first class sunflower seeds, which the Eastern European shops in my area refuse to supply due to their high price. However, I know the brand well and prefer to make bulk purchases, instead of contemplating for an year is it worth the single price.
Very glad I found this particular brand and was able to easy order myself!
Please teach your Greek competitors how not to overinflate prices so I can become their customer too. 😀

Very very bad service
Very very bad service. I ordered 6 weeks ago. My package is in Valencia for 3 weeks and they do nothing, I had to call them last week and they just said that the "manager" will call me back. No one called me. I did not receive my package, it was a present. Now its not. Its still in Valencia DHL were I live for 2 WEEKS, just sitting there. I asked them for my money back, no response yet.
Do not oeder from them. It is a waste of TIME and MONEY.

Very poor customer service and charged customs fee
Waited a long time and no response to my emails.. customer contact number does not work , recorded message saying number does not exist .
A few days later I received a call and number was withheld .
Then had to pay customs charges .. no where on website mentions this , nor I was advised ..

We've reached out to Garry and have looked into the issue. Unfortunately Garry's order was delayed over the weekend and hence the condition it arrived on monday. We've since sent him a fresh batch.
3 weeks left, but no order
We ordered a big amount of tea and coffee, I paid 400 pounds. However, 3 weeks left and there is still no my order. Very very bad service. It makes me very nervous. I doubt that the order will reach me. No one calls, apologizes or reports any delays... I would not advise this company for sure.

Alexander's order was a very unique order and we had gone out of our way to assist. The initial total of £400 was recalculated and reduced as we figured out a whole new way to dispatch their goods via DHL and reflected the cost savings to them. In fact, in the end, costs of shipping was greater than the customer was charged.
As we processed the order, we were informed by DHL that any Russian recipients needed to have a registered company in the Russian Federation, which we contacted and confirmed with the customer. They were fully aware of the delays implicated. They provided us with a company detail eventually and their order was promptly dispatched and has since been DELIVERED.
It is very unfortunate and entirely inaccurate that Alexander feels we were not there to help, as we have tens of Live Chat support transcripts, telephone calls and even WhatsApp contact with his daughter to make sure we were reachable at all times.
Nonetheless, we're very happy to hear the customer has received their goods and hope they'll enjoy them as they're not able to travel to Turkey as they usually do and have their favourite tea.

Half of order didn’t arrive, just avoid
Half of order didn’t arrive, messaged them told had been sent from turkey..
5 weeks later contacted them again as heard nothing, told they were double checking if it had been sent.. 4 days later was told if I wanted the remaining items I would have to pay more.. asked for refund as they didn’t haven’t suitable uk alternative and customer service guy was rude and lying to me, swearing at me in Turkish.. I know what pislik means. Only refunded 90% of what was owed.. took 6 weeks to tell me something they could of told me first time.
Edit below as they requested it: Details of order 31992 provided to them, and I’m pretty sure Matthew (His personal mobile number ends 495) of your customer service team will verify.. And honestly I toned down the review of how shambolic my interaction with theturkishshop.com.
Oh and just checked my bank I’m still waiting to physically receive the refund in my bank, with nothing pending..
Second update: they have my info, I’ve chased twice now for the refund.. and it’s still not coming my way.. they are con artists

Really poor
Really poor. I placed an order in April and received a response to say that, due to Covid, delivery will be delayed. Numerous emails and almost 4 months later I still have no delivery nor a refund. How can a company take your money and just keep it!!!
