Outstanding products and service. And if an error is made with your order there is amazing customer support- on WhatsApp and by phone. All sorted quickly and courteously. Wonderful- would recommend above all other ethnic food delivery and I have tried a few companies- best by far!

What a fantastic company!
I just received my delivery today - so quick as I only ordered late on Sunday and live in the NE of England! I have never had anything so beautifully packaged. The meat and cheese was packed in foil insulated bags with ice packs which hadn’t even melted! I honestly can’t praise this company enough and am so looking forward to eating all my lovely Turkish goodies!

Excellent customer service. I complaint and The Turkish Shop responded promptly to address and resolve the issue. Thank you for sending me replacement (different brand) of roasted pumpkin seeds.
