Excellent service from getting a quote to having detachable tow bar fitted, the gentleman who fitted was very polite and answered all questions asked, he went through how to use correctly, very pleased I will recommend to my friends.

Having had a poor experience with the local main dealer I asked Ferry Services to look at my RVC on my Seat Leon. They quoted a similar price to the main dealer so I asked them to fit/rectify the unit. The result has been that they fitted a new camera which is much better in quality terms. They also revised the price I paid downwards after being able to use the existing installation which the main dealer said required replacement. Super experience.

I ordered a detachable, 13 pin - vehicle specific, towbar through the Witter website. Fitting was organised and confirmed with TTG by Witter online and by email. The towbar was sent directly to TTG - so no worrying about being in to receive it and store it!
On installation day the technician, Gareth, arrived at my work address around 9 am. I had to change the install location and this was no problem. He showed me the towbar to make sure it was correct, then he wasted no time in starting the job. After a few hours, the fitting and coding were complete. I went out to inspect the work and was very happy. The car was back in one piece inside and out with no damaged clips and trim, the bumper was back on correctly and the non-visible cut on the bumper was neat.
I have had a towbar fitted by a dealership on a previous vehicle, and the quality was suspect in some areas - I even ended up tidying the wiring into the bypass relay and one of the clips on the bumper was damaged, so I was worried. Those were soon gone after this job was done!

I have just had a new tow bar fitted, the service from start of a phone to the centre, to the finish work was 100%. The staff came to my address to fit the tow bar, and I advised the fitter not to worry if he marked the bumper taking it off as this is an old well used car. He still took off the bumper and put it on cardboard as not to mark it. Very professional and very good, also very polite. Thanks Eric

I have recently had a second installation done by The Towbar Group in Kings Lynn. the first, last year was for rear parking sensors. All work completed well. The second, completed in February this year, was the installation of a new radio/cd/satnav combo. Intially this was planned to happen last year but was delayed as the manufacturers factory burnt down!. I was then booked in for the work and when they tried to connect everything up, the manufacturer had sent the wrong connecting leads. Queue another wait! The installation was done earlier this year, everything worked fine, but this time the manufacturer sent the wrong surround so there was a gap between the unit and the car body work. Two weeks later, the correct surround was received and fitted. All is now 100% correct and working fine. This may have all seemed like a disaster, but, i was kept informed of what was going on over the near 12 month process. No money, bar an initial small deposit, was charged and everyone at Towbar were more than helpful and apologetic. Very happy to recommend them to any others in need of this service.

Excellent Towbar installation just completed by Paul from Towbar Group on my 2022 Tucson, who made it look simple - although it is a very involved job! He was neat and skillful and so I am a very satisfied customer.
