The tour was great if you only have one day to cover the Amalfi Coast; a little time to explore each city and a nice boat ride to give a different view. Two things would have much improved this rating. The first and most important, the air conditioning on the bus was not sufficient. It was fine till after our last stop. We asked for it to be made cooler and were told it would improve once we got going past some of the hills and turns. It never got better. Those of us with motion sickness were miserable. The second thing … the boat ride in Amalfi was in the middle of the time we had there. So we didn’t have time to go in the cathedral before or after the boat ride. It would have been better to do at the beginning or the end of our time there.

Experienced tour guide! Thorough and detailed tour experience!

We were unable to get a taxi or uber to reach our meeting point in time because of congestion throughout Rome. We contacted the tour guy and was told there was no help available. We sacrificed our tickets at considerable financial loss.

He was very great and engaging throughout!

Beware of using this company because if you cannot find their meeting location or have trouble in traffic, they dont care. They have your money paid for a booked tour and theatre is the end of the story. They do NOTHING to help you and will not issue a refund or partial refund. Its not in their policy. Its a case of too bad so sad !!! I paid $180 Australian dollars for a guided tour of the London Towers with a beefeater meet & greet. I had an immense amount of trouble finding the meeting point for the tour. They left without me. I was told I couldn't catch up with the tour! I did end up getting on a lesser tour that wasn't as expensive and didn't have the same itinerary. The Tour guy thought how wonderful they were by putting me on that tour but would not issue a partial refund for my initial tour... the tours are also fully over priced and they could not care less. They have your money ! Buyer beware !!! Will never use this company again

I did not think you could possibly do "Rome in a Day", but "The Tour Guy" did as best as it could possibly be done! Marie was an excellent tour guide. Yea, it was rushed at times, but that has be be expected to cover all the highlights included in the tour. And the price was MORE than reasonable considering it included tickets to the venues! I wish we could have gotten to St. Peter's Square, but it was a Wednesday and the crowds there to hear the pope were enormous. The time spent at the Forum and Coliseum made up for it. Well worth the time and money!

Bogdan was an amazing guide and very knowledgeable. He kept us engaged and made it the best possible experience! 11/10 would recommend to all my friends and family!

We had Raffa as our guide and she was great. I cant imagine trying to do the Tour Rome in a Day without a guide, especially the Vatican. We were able to skip the lines and get in quite quickly and spent over 2.5 hours of our 7 hour tour there. The Coliseum was also a challenge to get in with all the security checks, so going with the group made this a lot easier. You are constantly accounted for and looked after, so I highly recommend, especially if you don’t have a lot of time in Rome like us.

Hafid was a terrific tour guide. He was so enthusiastic and shared tons interesting information about the Louvre and many of the works. He was so accommodating and asked what we wanted to focus on, allowing us to truly customize the tour to our preferences. I highly recommend Hafid Assaoui and the Tour Guy!

Loved our all-day tour of Venice including Murano & Burano. The group was easy to locate at St. Mark's Square. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. We also had time to walk around on our own at each location and a break for lunch in between. It was a full day, but well worth it if you are limited on time.

They were well organized at check in, the guide was wonderful. But the headsets were terrible, spent a lot of time trying to keep it in place, they seem to cut out at times. Ear buds would have been better

Craig was great he knew alot of the history of the city, the architecture and the history, the food was truly authenticly Italian food and especially Gelato.
