We had an excellent presentation with our tour guide. We enjoyed a very pleasant walk and listened to her easily along the way with the use of listening devices. She brought us to the beginning of the changing of the guard and we got to see the groups leave and March to the front. The band played 76 trombones and the horses were beautiful. We went inside Westminster Abbey and she guided us there. We walked through gardens along the river. I wish I could remember our guides name. She was very kind, thorough, and answered many questions. I would definitely recommend the Tour Guy.

Our tour guy Wallace was fantastic. He gave us history about our stops, he was super funny and friendly, and always gave us plenty of time at each stop. The scenery was beautiful, but it's the tour guide that makes it special! We would take a tour to anywhere with Wallace!

The best tour and company we have ever experienced in our travels. Clear directions to meet up site. Cost was not prohibitive and the tour was well worth it. Our guide (Giada) was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered many of our questions.

Sara was an excellent tour guide at the Vatican. Very knowledgeable and fun.

My tour started in the Roman forum and ended in the colosseum, instead of the other way around. I felt like we covered very little ground in the Roman forum and what we did cover I could read off the signs. It was a small group tour, but we travelled slowly with multiple stops for the bathroom and pictures instead of covering more history. I wanted to go back to the forum after the tour ended, but because we ended in the colosseum and I didn’t have my tickets, I couldn’t. I wish I had opted to do this myself instead of the tour.

The tour was great if you only have one day to cover the Amalfi Coast; a little time to explore each city and a nice boat ride to give a different view. Two things would have much improved this rating. The first and most important, the air conditioning on the bus was not sufficient. It was fine till after our last stop. We asked for it to be made cooler and were told it would improve once we got going past some of the hills and turns. It never got better. Those of us with motion sickness were miserable. The second thing … the boat ride in Amalfi was in the middle of the time we had there. So we didn’t have time to go in the cathedral before or after the boat ride. It would have been better to do at the beginning or the end of our time there.

We were unable to get a taxi or uber to reach our meeting point in time because of congestion throughout Rome. We contacted the tour guy and was told there was no help available. We sacrificed our tickets at considerable financial loss.

Beware of using this company because if you cannot find their meeting location or have trouble in traffic, they dont care. They have your money paid for a booked tour and theatre is the end of the story. They do NOTHING to help you and will not issue a refund or partial refund. Its not in their policy. Its a case of too bad so sad !!! I paid $180 Australian dollars for a guided tour of the London Towers with a beefeater meet & greet. I had an immense amount of trouble finding the meeting point for the tour. They left without me. I was told I couldn't catch up with the tour! I did end up getting on a lesser tour that wasn't as expensive and didn't have the same itinerary. The Tour guy thought how wonderful they were by putting me on that tour but would not issue a partial refund for my initial tour... the tours are also fully over priced and they could not care less. They have your money ! Buyer beware !!! Will never use this company again

I did not think you could possibly do "Rome in a Day", but "The Tour Guy" did as best as it could possibly be done! Marie was an excellent tour guide. Yea, it was rushed at times, but that has be be expected to cover all the highlights included in the tour. And the price was MORE than reasonable considering it included tickets to the venues! I wish we could have gotten to St. Peter's Square, but it was a Wednesday and the crowds there to hear the pope were enormous. The time spent at the Forum and Coliseum made up for it. Well worth the time and money!

Bogdan was an amazing guide and very knowledgeable. He kept us engaged and made it the best possible experience! 11/10 would recommend to all my friends and family!

We had Raffa as our guide and she was great. I cant imagine trying to do the Tour Rome in a Day without a guide, especially the Vatican. We were able to skip the lines and get in quite quickly and spent over 2.5 hours of our 7 hour tour there. The Coliseum was also a challenge to get in with all the security checks, so going with the group made this a lot easier. You are constantly accounted for and looked after, so I highly recommend, especially if you don’t have a lot of time in Rome like us.
