Our tour guide, Gaia, was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The check-in process was a little chaotic as there were 3 or 4 tours starting at the same location at the same time, but once we figured out which tour was ours, the rest of the afternoon was fantastic.

Rita was our tour guide and did a fantastic job with explaining everything and engaging her group throughout the process. She made it fun and enjoyable and a trip worth remembering.

Paola the guide was FANTASTIC!!! The constant updates from Tour Guide and Trip Advisor were annoying and confusing with constant incorrect time changes

Craig was awesome! Very knowledgeable, great sense of humor and easy going.

Food and wine was more than enough.

We booked this tour last minute and so glad we decided to go! We loved every minute of the trip to Tuscany. The views were breathtaking and stunning!!! Our tour guy was Mario & driver was Fabio. They both did a great job & knowledgeable.

Our tour guide was super knowledgeable about the area, the history, the art and the architecture. Everything started on time and we had a great time. If you like to walk a lot and see the city this tour is for you.

This was a perfect way to spend our second day in Tuscany! The countryside was lovely. The meeting spot was easy to find and the woman who greeted us was friendly. The first winery was a treat, we learned about their female-forward brand, enjoyed fulsome appetizer and lovely pairings. The sommelier was knowledgeable and fun. Olive oil and balsamic tastings rounded out the experience. It was just what we hoped for! The second winery was more casual and scenic, slightly more information or guidance would have been welcome. Very exciting to try a rare variety of wine made there. The lunch was outdoors and fine, but a bit lackluster. Rustic would have been fine. Our guide shared some information about the area and region, but there was significant traffic and additional information about Italy, Tuscany, Chianti, wine, culture … even music would have been welcome by the whole group. It was silent for well over 1hr. All in all- an excellent and easy adventure which added to our italy experience!

I booked several tours in Venice using The Tour Guy Website. The website was easy to navigate, the descriptions of the tours were detailed and were exactly what we were looking for. In addition, the prices seemed to be very reasonable for what was being offered. I had several questions and they were answered promptly and thoroughly. We haven’t done the tours yet, but will review them upon completion. We are looking forward to our tours.

Our guided tour experience in Venice was very informative and fun, mainly due to the guide. He was witty and funny and made the experience so much more rewarding

Really enjoyable evening. No shortage of food or beverage (!) and a knowledgable guide (Craig) through whom we learnt a huge amount.

Only set back was we went on a really busy day and the Vatican had a hold up. But our Tour Guide made great work of the time.

I did 3 Tour Guy tours, all of the guides were very knowledgeable, in particular, Mina Ramzy in Venice. The reason for my 4 star rating is the earphone piece to hear the guide were very outdated, did not fit well (it would not stay in my ear) and having to adjust every few minutes was very frustrating.

First tour you candelled, second tour didn’t turn up and phone numbers in voucher don’t work on the day , third tour of louvre was fantastic
If in Paris for a short time your tours won’t work in case you cancel then no time to rebook something else very disappointed

It was amazing Craig was so knowledgeable about the architecture and the food! Loved every minute!
