Tried to politely return this item un opened.
Thetford simply ignored all correspondence after first request. Seemed to me that they ignored to stretch out return time beyond their return policy.
Now $1000 out of pocket with an oven I do not need.
Terrible service.
Will never shop with them again.

happy with the product and the quick delivery. Wasn't happy that the courier just dropped the item just over the front fence where anybody could have taken it. There was no reason why it could not have been left at the front door.

We are very impressed by the fantastic service provided by Thetford when we ordered a replacement toilet for our motorhome. It was delivered in a few days exactly as promised and the changeover fitting was painless. The price was very reasonable and we can thoroughly recommend dealing with this Company.

Prompt delivery and a good product at a good price.

I would have preferred to place my order over the phone with a person. I would have been able to ask for approximate delivery times. The first person I spoke to at your business flatly refused to take my order, Not Happy. I went to your website and order a replacement C200 toilet cassette unit. But I found the section for delivery annoying, I had to enter my information a couple of times.
Your return emails after I finished the order was very quick. The issue that I have now is that I am not able to track my order, I tap on the con number but nothing happens. I have printed a copy and taken it to my caravan service agent, (J&S Caravan Services) so they know what it is for. Therefore until they receive this product I am not able to give you a complete review

The delivery instructions we entered on the order were not on the package and not adhered to. Hence we had to take extra steps to pick package up rather than delivery. Your order has a space for delivery instructions. Please put them on the package.
