The Sweet Box Anmeldelser

I’ve got mad pregnancy cravings for sweeties at the moment and have researched extensively price and variety of sweets a the sweet box was by far the best for both! Loads of choice and the price exceptional. The package was delivered perfectly and in perfect condition for saying the day of delivery was 28degrees and boiling hot. Will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

Amazing quality all round. The sweets are great and the customer service and delivery are great too. Would definitely recommend.

Great sweets & awesome customer service. I will be ordering again soon

Second order with this company and its another WOW! Sweets ( fudge) so fresh, lovely mixed selection too and lots of it! Excellent value! Love the free gift nice touch! And another discount voucher! Im coming back for more very very soon

Best sweet company I've found so far. Regularly ordered from Dead Sweet (found them on Tiktok) but found they were more on the pricer side. Came across the sweet box on Facebook and had a browse. They sold more of the sweets I was looking for. Much better priced and much better service. Delivery was super quick as well which was really impressive. Packed really well. Love this company and the sweets I'd ordered. Can't wait to order again!

I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service I have received I would highly recommend as I believe it’s great value the product is packed with care and shipped quickly I love the vast selection on the website and it is very easy to use full 5 stars from me

Order arrived very quickly! Couldn’t be happier as we ordered these treats last minute to take away on our holiday and was unsure if they would arrive on time. Will be ordering again!

Amazing customer service, all sweets arrived that I ordered and delivery was on time. Fantastic small business and I will definitely order again. If you haven’t already ordered then please do because you get great value for your money.

Kind regards
Chantelle

Will not order from here again. Ordered a pack of 20 fruit pops for £6.99. They sent one single fruit pop. This box was supposed to be for my teenager, to cheer him up after a hard time. Sloppily packaged. The lolly looked melted and I've been ripped off. No response from shop. Horrible service.

I received my package and it was on time and as discussed. I will be ordering from them in future they make a quick and convenient way to get your favourites both old and new and for them who are not sure if they will like any small amounts. Can't wait to place next order as its not just working day delivery like most places

I have ordered twice now from The Sweet Box and must say that how please I am extremely pleased with the orders that I have recieved. The customer service is superb. Definetly will use them in the future! 😀

Ordered many times, brilliant service. Great tasting sweets for all occasions, perfect for me as i don't drive & the low cost postage would cost you that if not more to get to town & back. The Sweet Box is very good at responding to any queries & delivery is always super fast 👌 Highly recommend 😊

I order from The Sweet Box most months and I am always happy with my orders, the products are reasonably priced and they have a great selection of Australian, american and Indian imports, which they keep adding too, its always exciting to try new products from around the world!
Quick delivery and always packaged well.

Really speedy delivery and a lot of sweets, definitely worth the buy! Really love the fathers day stickers on the pots too.

One of the best places to order your sweets from. Always fresh and fast delivery. The website is so easy to use. If there is ever a mistake with an order the sort it out quickly without any trouble. I love ordering from here

I love The Sweet Box, excellent range of edibles to choose from and very reasonably priced. Customer service is super and always dealt with my queries quickly. Fast dispatch and delivery!

Absolutely brilliant service and quick to deliver. If you like the old sweets when you were a child then this is the company for you .

10/10 Great prices Great Service Fast Delivery Would Highly Recommend

Made a decent size order - order was accepted - then dispatched - then I was sent an email that it was being refunded and hadn’t been dispatched- I was then told that the 2 couriers they use WILL NOT deliver to me - I then emailed them showing them proof that the two couriers they were talking about are the ONLY couriers for where I live - I was then told well we have refunded you but we can send the items in two packets but you have to pay extra shipping just re order - at this point being out right told no I wasn’t going to be getting the items ! I will never shop here as the service is appalling ! They clearly didn’t want the little bit of extra work - they also told me they had refunded and emailed me before even checking alternative options on Royal Mail delivering the parcel! Father’s Day package completely ruined and now I have to wait for a refund before I can even order from somewhere else
