Great product and good value for money. Bought as a present so exciting that it lasts for a few months or longer if you want it to. One delivery didn't arrive but was resent without delay after contacting customer service. Highly recommend

Had my first box from snackverse & absolutely loved it. Variety of things to try & we loved trying all of the new things as a family. I have already upgraded to the premium box & looking forward to receiving the next one.

I really enjoyed having snackverse boxes, it’s so much fun, my grandson loves seeing what country we have, and all the facts about it. He loves trying the crisps, and I love the chocolate 😉

Avoid this subscription if you value a straightforward cancellation process - actually being able to cancel at all!

I emailed to cancel on 8th April after realising it seems to be European boxes constantly.
After following their Terms of Use which clearly state that cancellations can be made via email. They only responded today, and instead of processing the cancellation, told me I had to call them.

This directly contradicts their own terms and unnecessarily delays the process — conveniently pushing you closer to the next billing cycle.

Customers shouldn’t have to chase or argue to cancel something, especially when they’ve followed the company’s own stated policy.

Proceed with caution and keep records of all communication.

My order was paid for early march, so my order was due early April, however didn’t turn up. I have emailed asking to cancel after that order and a day later another £25 or some odd has been taken and still days later no reply from them. My first order turned up a couple of days later but at some point I had paid for two but not had one. I have emailed multiple times and had zero response. No good at all.

We’ve been getting Snackverse for approx 18 months and have loved experiencing snacks and drinks from other countries. I’d definitely recommend Snackverse to others with teenagers, it’s not expensive but it’s lots of fun for the family!

I have been with Snackverse for nearly 3 years and I have really enjoyed trying different snacks from different countries and I really like the facts that the premium box comes with a drink because not all snack companies include a drink. I would definitely recommend Snackverse to anyone who likes snacks and likes trying new things.

To be honest, this was a great gift for our teenage son and he really enjoyed the 4 months he had. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because you have to call them to cancel the subscription and that's a bit annoying, having already sent an email.

Love receiving the boxes monthly. Great selection of content and good value.

I have to send a picture of the missing items. I replied by email to show how ridiculous this request was. And thus was requested days after the initial query about missing items, so even more were absent when I got their message. Mental. I requested cancellation and a refund for the payment they took for the second box which was taken before the first bid had arrived.

Received as a gift and loved it so i have since given it as a gift for a few friends who all are enjoying it, cancelled one of them with a phone call no questions asked, will definitely use again

Where were all these honest reviews a month ago when I fell into this trap?

Now I’m in exactly the same situation as many of you – charged again, can’t properly cancel online, and no real support. I genuinely don’t understand how to resolve this.

Where can I even complain about this company?

What makes it worse is that I trusted a blogger I’ve followed for years. Because of that, I ended up subscribing to this s**t. It’s frustrating to realise that people will promote anything for money, even if it’s misleading.

This whole experience feels like a subscription trap.

Latest box was Denmark. Love the licorice sweets and the pork scratchings! And added bonus of the Holly chocolate nougat bar! As thats my name. We have shared and enjoyed.

They advertise that you don't get the same country twice but we received Greece and denmark twice. When we complained thier reply was, yeah this is normal but we try to change some of the snacks, this was not the case and not what they advertise. Kids did not like many of the snacks and the bb date runs out very quick stay away.

I have enjoyed trying different flavours of snacks and drinks from around the world.
