The staff were very welcoming and the jazzy atmosphere drew me in. The place is bright with lots to see, my latte was just right, nice n creamy. Eray also was engaging and gave me some tips for my upcoming visit to Istanbul.

Lovely gem inside westfield. Waitress was kind , great customer service ! :)
I’m not really sure what this store is trying to be — it feels a bit mixed up, with a combination of different products and a rather confusing concept. Prices are also quite expensive for what they offer.
The staff are lovely and very friendly, but the store was extremely quiet when I visited, with hardly any customers.
And unfortunately, the coffee was not great at all. They use a Nespresso machine rather than a proper coffee machine, so don’t expect barista-style coffee 😂. Hopefully they can improve the coffee and make the store concept a little clearer.
Finally the taste of Holiday in Istambul at the hearth of Westfield at White City in London.
I was Warmly welcomed by lovely, professional staff at Ashk and had the cup of authentic freshly ground Turkish coffee.
I also bought some ground coffee and Turkish delight to take home.
Highly reccomend to everyone.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and the ambience in both the store and cafe was calm and inviting. I really enjoyed my time here & will visit again!
Ashk is one of the best place to taste and buy Turkish delight, baklava in Westfield.
