The Sterling Choice Anmeldelser

Great, professional, polite and kind

The Sterling Choice found me employment within a week of being made redundant.
I was contacted by Hannah who I am very grateful to she gave me lots of advice in how to prepare and conduct myself in an interview.
Unfortunately I had a sudden bereavement in my family Hannah went above and beyond in helping me deal with the stress by contacting my new employer and deferred my start date.
This amongst other things is why I 100% recommend The Sterling Choice

I would like to recommend The Stirling Choice as a very professional attentive quality recruitment provider,
I worked directly with James Hearn, i found his delivery, questioning and attention to detail, very professional and always kept me in the loop as to the state of the application and supported me throught the process, never felt like a number
He went the extra mile, well worth using for your next position

Hi My experience with working with Gianni at Sterling choice has been great, there was no pushing me and he managed to get me an interview very quickly, The job fit was great this just show his product knowledge is on the ball.
All in all I'm am very happy with the whole process!
Thank Rodge

Nick was lovely and very communicative.
Kept me in the loop and ensured comms between myself and my new employer.

I have used multiple recruiters in the past and I can honestly say I am thoroughly impressed on the service I have been provided. Adam has gone above and beyond in matching me with an opportunity, assisting me in every step, including with a few issues with my current employer. I have really gotten the impression that I was a priority instead of merely just trying to fill one particular role. I will be using the Stirling choice in future and would recommend them to others.

Jordan from The Stirling Choice was an excellent recruiter. After an initial telephone conversation where he talked me through the job description, he kept in regular contact and kept me appraised of every development in my progress. After receiving an offer and accepting he still kept in contact ensuring I had all the details and contacts for my first day. Even ringing me to wish me luck on my first day. A really smooth experience. I'd recommend Jordan and The Stirling choice.

The process with Sterling Choice Recruitment was smooth and clear, the recruiters were all first class, professional and receptive to your questions. Special mention to Gianni who was an asset to the company throughout my application, when Gianni was away for a couple of days, Dan seamlessly picked up the reins and kept me informed of all developments.

Fantastic experience with The Sterling Group. Right from the initial contact through to the interview process and onto the employment offer, my key contact was excellent and kept me up to date each step of the way. Even now, over a month after starting my new job, my key contact, James, often checks in and seems genuinely interested in how I’m settling into my new role! The entire process was hassle free, professional and enjoyable!

James was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Communicated superbly, got all queries answered and provided me with ample support for a successful interview process that secured me the role. Highly recommend James’ service.

Sterling choice were very good,I had a time and date for an interview within an hour of contacting them and any questions or queries were dealt with very fast . Overall excellent

James Hearn was absolutely fantastic in the process. He kept me up to date through the entire process and showed great care in preparing me for the interview.

I dealt with Dan at Sterling choice. I explained my situation of wanting to work closer to home, he went away , did his thing and came back with the most amazing opportunity.

During the in the interview process , he checked in with me and offered me brilliant support.

Sterling choice are the best recruitment company I have personally dealt with, hands down.

Found Adam Smith really helpful and supportive. He acted professional at all times, including messaging Saturday morning to ensure I had all the correct information and that I was happy.

I have worked Sterling choice for many years now and they always go above and beyond for me. I started with Gareth Whyatt (one of the founders of Sterling choice) before they existed who was an amazing consultant, and has turned in to a professional contact as well as a good friend, It’s never been about getting a contract and off you go, they support me and find suitable roles for both parties. They are always in touch supporting during and after applications. I have been working closely with Daniel Szymanski quite closely the last few years and he has been brilliant as well, obviously followed on from Gareth’s way of working and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.

Hope you’re happy now Gareth 😜

James from Sterling Choice was excellent at keeping me in the loop about how the job application was going and could answer all of my questions straight away about the role. The company also did not push jobs that were not really relevant to me or not in the area I wanted like some others do.

Gianni Forcellati is the best recruitment consultant I have dealt with.
He placed me in the job I am now. His communication during the entire process was fantastic.

I will strongly recommend him and Sterling Choice to anyone who want to be taken seriously when looking for a new job or need change.

Joe has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole recruitment process! I have never met such a professional and dedicated recruitment person. I cannot thank you enough for your full support, for believing in me and for helping me start a new chapter of my professional career within just two weeks! Joe, you are brilliant at what you do.

I dealt with Annaliese and must say she was very professional but also friendly and couldn’t do enough to keep me informed of everything I needed to know.
She went out of her way even on days off to answer any questions I asked.
I would definitely recommend sterling choice as they seem very knowledgeable and also very down to earth on what is required.

Hannah distinguishes herself from others in similar positions by being genuinely passionate, caring, yet so professional.

This is the most efficient recruitment company I have ever dealt with. I was contacted by a person named Hannah who contacted me regarding a role so promptly after I had applied. As a soon to be graduate I would not have found the current position if it was not for her, I am excited for my new career journey!

Throughout the whole process Hannah has been phenomenal. She has provided me with ongoing support and always ensures there is contact between us. I am so thankful and highly recommend their services!
