Great support
Great line of communication
Excellent review and feedback

I was not looking for a new job but Sterling approached me on LINKEDIN with an opportunity. They provided me with Team Members LinkedIn profiles and I discovered we knew each other or had same connections. The day I went in too resign, former employer unexpectedly offered me a buy out due to an unexpected reduction in upcoming production. My new offer letter was in my E-mail by the time I arrived home. LOL!

The Sterling choice did excellent work helping with my job placement. James Cracknell was the very image of professionalism, and did great work helping me understand the business.

Oliver is a delight to work with: as professional as he is articulate. His constant communication and adaptability has made the whole process seamless but supportive. Not your typical recruiter, I would strongly recommend giving Olly a call, you never know when opportunity comes knocking.

Declan was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the position I was being put forward for . He arranged interviews which were convenient for me to attend and gave me guidance. He made me feel at ease before the interview and was always available if I needed anything .

The Sterling team are very helpful and professional. Lukas took the time to understand my skills and what I was looking for. Lukas went above and beyond to find me the perfect fit for my career aspirations.

I was contacted about a role which had just launched, and was given some very clear, open and honest details about the business and the risks that I’d be taking if I were to further my interest. The business is a start up, building infrastructure, its employee base, its customer portfolio, and is still a long way from its finished article.
The communication was clear, was timely and allowed me to fit interviews in around my other commitments.
I was offered the role two days after initial contact. And I believe this was because the job brief was understood, the type of candidate the business wanted was clearly defined, everyone involved was willing to be flexible and work at pace, and wanted the best outcome for all parties.
