The Sterling Choice Anmeldelser

Jordan my consultant went above and beyond to help me with my successful placement with my new employer, even taking calls on the Bank Holiday

My experience with the Adam at Sterling Choice was both friendly and professional at every stage of the recruitment process. Special thanks to Adam who gave me support and confidence with my application.

I have been dealing with Sterling Choice for nearly a decade, as a consultant its important to me that I have good relationships with recruitment companies, but more importantly, having relationships with the right recruitment companies. Sterling Choice is that company, Why.
Honesty - Never placing me where it's not a good fit
Integrity - They will never push you for a contract just to make a quick buck, it has to be the right move for both parties.
Friendly - A wonderful mix of professionalism and been casual
Advice - They will help you even when there is nothing to gain.

Really friendly staff, very helpful at contacting and going back to the client if you have an questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very supportive and ensured that you were ready for the interview. Also quick with feedback etc. certainly would recommend.

Great company! Finding a quality recruitment service can be quite challenging but The Sterling Choice are a company that I have no hesitation in reccomending, especially to those leaving the armed forces. Annaliese has been fantastic throughout my transition from the military and she is a huge credit to The Sterling Choice! Communication has been perfect throughout! Thank you for the service you have provided Annaliese!

Great communication throughout recruitment process - felt supported by James. First class service!

Great response, always available, any questions I had were answered and if we're unsure they would find an answer for me.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was informed of a job opportunity on a Monday, interview on the Wednesday and job offer on Thursday. Jordan is a credit to the company.

I've used The Sterling Choice now for over a year as one of our preferred agencies when needing additional assistance. No matter which area of our business and in turn, which consultant I work with (usually Annaliese, Dan or James), they all act quickly and diligently and have always delivered when we've needed to. Every role from junior up to director level, we always receive a high quality service from them.

I had an excellent experience with The Sterling Choice. Charlie was extremely friendly and involved in the whole process. She kept me informed every step of the way. She helped me to secure a job which ticks all the boxes. I feel very lucky to have had her support. I would highly recommend The Sterling Choice. Thank you.

Very good and professional company. My consultant. Gianni. Is very good at his job. And does his best to help in any way himself and the company can help you.

I was contacted by Gianni at the sterling choice regarding a job which I was subsequently successful in getting. He was by far the most professional agent I've ever dealt with. He was always available to talk to and there guiding me through the recruitment process. I cannot praise him highly enough. I had dealings with the rest of the team and they were all very helpful aswell.

Your service & help is fantastic to find new job. Jake was very nice and helpful . Without his support it would not be possible for me(Mala Shah) . Couple of time over the phone conversation is very useful.

Anyone looking for employment help Hannah Foreman is who you need to reach out to! Hannah is kind, caring and thoughtful to every single person she speaks to. I was recently made redundant and Hannah showed me nothing but kindness and reassurance during a tough time! Hannah listens to the person and links what they are looking for to the jobs and positions she has available. If she doesn’t have any roles available she will pass your details on to someone she knows that is hiring. She is like a machine!

By far the best recruitment agency I have ever worked with! Elisha provided an exceptional service from the start till end.

Not only both of my vacancies got filled in short period of time, they were also the perfect candidates right away. Both candidates that I interviewed got the position.
Elisha was very thorough in getting to know exactly what I'm looking for and what the perfect candidate would look like.

Elisha's customer service alone can guarantee that we will continue working with The Sterling Choice in the future.

The Sterling Choice have supported me from start to finish, in finding the role I wanted.

Honest and helpful consultant. Responsive for all my queries. Kept me up to date frequently on progress of application.

Great service. I gave them a difficult recruitment job and they came through well. Others had turned away or not come up with anything.
