Poor Communication!
Waited over a month to receive my order, I had to chase up the order and initially they thought my order had been lost in their system, however it got sorted out in the end and was delivered.
But delivery time was disappointing as this was a housewarming gift.
From the time my order was placed until delivery I’d say communication was poor and the customer shouldn’t have to chase up their order!
Great items delivered although Scentsy items speak for themselves!

It’s unfortunate that the time of your order coincided with the Scentsy Sale which resulted in a delay to the shipping of your order due to the huge demand for Scentsy at that time. The delivery estimates are clearly stated when you place your order and this would have advised you of the shipping times.
The confusion around the order was the name - as the order was in another name to your own - hence when we received your email we search by your name which we obviously couldn’t find as you ordered in another name!! We quickly rectified that once we had your order number and we were then able to trace it, and help you with an update. Thanks for your purchase - we hope your daughter likes your gift

You should have received a confirmation of your order directly from Scentsy. These sometimes go into Junk. In addition to this you only placed this order 6 days ago - and as per the Scentsy website - orders are being delayed due to the current clearance sale - which all of your items you have ordered are from. You would have received an order confirmation, and will receive a shipping email once the items have been dispatched. Sorry for the delay - but even in normal processing times - delivery can be 10 days, so to report this now is a little too early!! Please contact us directly on orders@thescentedcandlestore.co.uk should you have any further queries.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. I have sent emails to them asking them to sort out UPS so that they will release my order from a warehouse. But to no avail, I am extremely disappointed in them.

Coconut and lemongrass melts
I am very pleased with my order of coconut and lemongrass melts. Gorgeous smell.
I was told by a friend that this scent was good for deterring flies in a room. So far so good.

Amazing products
Two years ago I’ve received this lovely Warmer from my neighbour together with some wax. I absolutely loved it and still do. I had just finished that wax !!!! So I’ve ordered more Warmers and Wax . Smell amazing and looks so cosy . Highly recommend.

UPS then tried again on the 8th April - again no one was able to accept the order.
