Beware if ordering from an EU country
I received an invoice for tax on a pair of rugby boots I ordered because the shipment was from a non-EU country. This amounted to 30 euro, almost a third of the price of the boots. I did not find any information on the website to indicate I would be liable for tax.

These guys are super patient!
These guys are super patient!! I was a very irrate customer but the issue was not with the Rugby Shop, It was Royal Mail fault. However, Natalie and Jonny did their utmost to try and assist! Lovely people, good store. If I could give more stars I would!!

Great customer service
Great customer service. I stupidly ordered on a bank holiday weekend without realising my shipment may came late.
I brought this up with the customer service team and Natalie provided me a precised update and upgraded my shipment to next day delivery. It came well in time and couldnt be any more happier with the product.
I will be ordering future orders.
