A very quick service. The oil smells wonderful & the texture and condition of my hair has improved.

Purchase process very easy and delivery quick and item well packaged. The shampoo smells nice but not a lot of lather even though I do have soft water. What I did not like is the shampoo stung my eyes.

I was recommended this product by my sister and it doesn't disappoint. My grey hair felt coarse and dry, but within days of using the shampoo and conditioner my hair felt so much better.

I started using the shampoo & oil around 4 weeks ago. I loved both products so I was delighted that they have now introduced a conditioner. I can't begin to explain what a difference they have made to the condition of my hilighted/coloured hair that was once dull, dry & straw like, which has been totally transformed & is now soft, silky & much more manageable. I do also believe my hair has stopped shedding so much. The shampoo & conditioner smell divine and I am now able to go longer inbetween washes as they are not heavy like other product's I have used in the past. The hair oil is very light & washes out without any problem. I really cannot praise this company enough as its been a real game changer for me.

I've been shedding hair like mad lately, so I've been trying different gentle shampoos, with no results. I've only used this shampoo and conditioner 3 times so far, but my hair is now incredibly soft and shiny, I can't stop touching it. I've since found out that I have a zinc deficiency, for which I have to start taking supplements. If the shedding calms down, I won't know if it's the zinc or the shampoo that's improving it, but I'll definitely continue to use this product because it's lovely. It has a reasonable lather, you don't need much to get even coverage, and it smells nice as well. Very fast delivery. Really happy with my purchase.

Fantastic shampoo and conditioner, wish I'd known about this a long time ago , what a difference its made to my thinning hair , no more collecting my hair in the plug waste , definitely noticeable how much thicker . Customer Services absolutely 5+++++s answered all my queries within 24hrs , spot on. Great products, great customer service.

Brilliant company, lovely products, unfortunately it did not work for me, but they were really helpful, advising me on other avenues to get help with my problem, they always answered my queries quickly and efficiently, and refunded me as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Orders are delivered in quick time. The information regarding use of the hair oil is clear and easy. I use 3 times a week before washing and it has given my hair flexibility and shine. I am very pleased with the results. I can’t make judgement on its ability to create new growth as it is too soon but I am optimistic.

What a lovely company to deal with. My order was delivered quickly but unfortunately i reacted so could not used the oil due to an allergy. The customer service team could not have been more helpful and agreed for me to return the oil for a refund. Definitely to be recommended

This is really lovely shampoo. It smells great and leaves hair feeling beautifully clean, shiny and soft in the happy knowledge that my scalp has not been subjected to nasties. Communication with the company is great too.
I'm aged 72 and my hair was thinning due to recent high levels of stress and also age ( I guess). I have only been using it for about 5 weeks and already I can see a little bit of re-growth along my forehead hairline, which is very encouraging and a relief. I am certainly going to continue using this shampoo as it's the best result I've had so far in trying to find a solution.

The customer service have to be improving been delivered my parcel to wrong house 4 months waiting for refund or sending new order they saying they will but nothing been arrived awful experience 20£ for nothing

I have tried to contact the company and I keep getting a message to say it's not been possible to send your message, please try later.
It would seem that the 60 day guarantee isn't bonafide. Please beware when purchasing from this company.

If you are searching for a review regarding hair loss update-good luck. I think the company is quite new so it's early days.
I heard about the company and rosemary oil product and was interested. I asked a question via comment and recieved an educated, well worded reply so thought- why not I'll give them a go. I already have been using rosemary oil diluted with water and thought there was a slight improvement. With the 'extras' in the Rosemary oil I do hope this will increase. Ordering was easy and quickly delivered - well packaged too. Easy to apply. My scalp is currently very dry and the oil with the 'extras' has definitely helped with the dry scalp. As with a previous reviewer I will come back on here with an update around 4-6 month's time. If positive, I'll upgrade to a five star as so far so good. I have also taken some photos - fingers crossed and good luck all :)

I have used multiple products from The Rosemary Company and all of them have been amazing. The oil has been the best quality oil I've used to date in terms of my hair growth! It has helped me to grow out the patches where I was balding from doing my parting. I use this alongside the shampoo and it has done wonders for my frizzy hair and made it much smoother which no other product has been able to do for longer than a day. I'm usually very lazy with using extra hair care products but these have made it very easy as they are nothing extra but things already part my normal routine.
