I have made a few orders with this company.
There products are high quality, and have really helped strengthen my hair and added new growth.
Wherever I wash my hair it feels light, smells amazing and looks shiny and new.
There was a problem with my delivery, not The Rosemary Company fault, However Vanessa in Customer Service was outstanding. She was so supportive and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.
I highly recommend this small business for excellent products and outstanding customer care.

Lovely shampoo - helps my thin, flat hair have more body.

A great product that smells divine and leaves your hair in great condition. However the bottles are not user friendly, they look expensive and solid but very hard to get shampoo/conditioner out, especially once nearer the end of the bottle

My first purchase was the bundle hoping it helped with growth and condition following chemotherapy. During my treatment I spent a fortune on products, I didn't lose all my hair but it thinned, changed texture and was very dry - none of them made much difference. I have now purchased my second oil and the improvement in my hair in about 3 weeks is incredible. I have used the oil approximately every 2 days and may reduce it now as the condition improves.
I will continue using these products and am really sorry I didn't come across the Rosemary Company during my treatment, the oil is amazing and the shampoo and conditioner has brought back shine and softness to my hair. I am spreading the word on many forums to those going through their chemo journey. Also customer service is excellent, I emailed with a query and received an immediate response, I wish all companies were as easy to deal with. I will continue using all 3 products.

Prompt dispatch, good customer service and so far we are loving the products. I have even just recommended to a friend who has thinning hair since given birth.

The smoothness is insane! I didn't really know what to expect as my hair is so thick, and a lot of products don't actually make a difference. But after 4-5 weeks my hair feels so sleek and hydrated, the difference is crazy!! I was getting depressed about how scraggly my hair was at the start of the year, but it's not even Spring and my hair is full of bounce and shine. Will definitely be ordering again.

I am using the rosemary oil from The Rosmary Company and use it once a week. It is absolutely marvellous at assisting my hair to regrow again...happy me!!

The delivery was very fast and I've only used once. After using it when I brush my hair it's so tangled it rips so much hair out I'm afraid to use it again. I didn't know there was conditioner but I don't know if I want to waste my money buying the conditioner? I used my Pantene conditioner after washing but it was still so Tangled it ripped what felt like half my hair out. I should have stated I have long hair and some shampoos will do this and I must use conditioner. I'm going to order some and hopefully it helps.

This is my second purchase of the shampoo and I’m now trying the conditioner. The shampoo after about 4 weeks of using has made my hair feel lovely and soft and easy to comb through. I’ve also been using the oil overnight once a week. It’s a little early to say for sure that it’s helping with the thickness of my hair but having just come back from my hairdresser she thinks it definitely feels like it has more volume.
Delivery is super fast which is great.

At 63, my hair has been thinning for a few years. I started about 2 years ago looking into doing something about this through shampoos/oils and supplements. I have tried A LOT. This oil is the biggest 'step change' I have seen - almost immediate (within a week).

A note on how to use it - I initially used it as I used other oils - as a 'leave in'. But because of the coconut oil (I think) this sat heavy on my head and had the unfortunate result of my scalp showing more, not less clearly.... BUT BUT BUT - I wrote to Rosemary Company to say 'help, what am I doing wrong?' and they sent me back a personalised email, from a real human being, suggesting another way of using it (essentially as an overnight hair soak, then wash out) and this has been utterly transformational. An incredible difference in my hair in just a week.

So for me, both the product and the customer service of this small company are fantastic. Just what you want - a human touch, a great product, people who care.

Oh, and almost forgot - the shampoo is also amazing - scalp-tingling and rich and seems to complement the oil treatment brilliantly.

Go for it - just make sure you check out how you use it properly given the stage of your hair thinning/loss (if thin, fine hair don't leave in, basically). You really won't regret it.

Delivery of purchases happens swiftly. The instructions for using the hair oil are straightforward and simple to follow. Applying it thrice weekly before washing has made my hair more flexible and shiny. I am delighted with these outcomes. While it's premature to assess its potential for promoting new hair growth, I remain hopeful.

Updated review: The product arrived as expected, great delivery tbh. I have thinning hair around my temples, a bit like the lady in the advert they showed on Facebook. I used it religiously but no effects for me, in fact it made my scalp very dry and scaly. After getting in contact with the team I got a full refund. So 4 stars for that, but unfortunately the product didn't work for me.

The packing is nice and professional. Arrived good and safe . Pretty good

I received my parcel which had a sticker from Royal Mail informing me it had arrived the them damaged and that they had secured it. Two items were missing: the shampoo and oil. I only received the conditioner , massager and roller disinfectant. The last two items were free. At first I thought I had made an error ordering then I looked at my order and discovered I had indeed ordered a bundle and items were missing. I have sent numerous emails to this company with photographs but have not received a reply yet. Update: I have now received a reply and the company are sending me replacements. I appreciate their response and cannot wait to try the products which have extremely good reviews. After having used the product for a few months, I three months, I have noticed less hair shedding and a lot of new hairs. Hair feels thicker and fills a hairband much more.

Miracle in a bottle and customer service is fantastic they have gone over and above with my queries during a time when I was so desperate due to huge amounts of hair fall , I am now on month 7 with a month off in between due to surgery on my scalp and I already can see huge improvements , I would definitely recommend this company both on product and customer service x

We are glad to have discovered this range of hair care from the Rosemary Company. It is easy to use, well packaged and has a delightful smell, but best of all it treats your hair gently and makes it feel in great condition. We’ve found the customer care very good too. Give it a go and see if you agree.

I feel that the website is good, clear and easy to use, the staff are helpful and want to know your views, which is also a bonus.
The packaging is lovely clean cut design.
The scent of the rosemary is beautiful and even days after washing I can still smell the aroma in my hair, my hair feels like the condition is better after a short period already. I have naturally curly hair and it’s a mix of oily and dry but this seems to be helping it even out.
Love it all round.

I have tried many brands of shampoo, from supermarket to luxury, and Rosemary shampoo and conditioner is the best of everything, ever, worth every penny and you can’t go wrong!
