Item eventually arrived but made of polyester and very poorly made.... advertised as cotton, linen mix but actually polyester. Would not recommend

I’ve put up reviews already and I have now left my bank to deal with it . THE CHEEK OF THESE SCAMMERS HONESTLY IF I EVER GOT MY HANDS ON THEM I WOULD SLAP THERE CHOPS BUT I NIW BELIEVE THAT THE SHOP WEBSITE KNOWS MORE ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS THAN THEY LET ON BECAUSE I HAVE LEFT AT LEAST THREE EMAILS WITHUUU THEM AND NOTHING SO IN MY BOOK THAT TELLS ME MORE ABOUT THEM AND THAT THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN THEYRE PAID FOR ALLOWING MILLIONS OF SCAM PEOPLE ON HERE SO BE VERY CAREFUL AND 😡😡😡😠

Do NOT order from this company. There is absolutely nothing that is positive about the quality of product, customer service or advertising experienced from this company.

I should have realised how awful they were when I had contact from my bank suspecting a fraudulent transaction.

Ordered an anti snoring device seen advertised in a variety of places including Pinterest. I was sent an anti snoring device however the product received was nothing like what I expected or what was being advertised. It took forever (nearly 4 weeks from being ordered) to arrive and despite advertising it was coming from their London store the tracking information was from China!

Contacted Rosemary to raise a complaint regarding false advertising and being sent a different product. Heard nothing for 2 weeks so followed up and was advised needed more time to
Investigate. Two weeks later I have followed up again. The response given was to offer a 30% refund and I can keep the product with the suggestion I should gift my anti snoring device to someone who may ‘enjoy it’! I am absolutely astounded at this….cannot believe this suggestion….how insulting for the poor person they suggest I gift this item to.

Beyond shocking!
I ordered what looked like classy solar lamps for £60
What arrived, eventually, was two tiny plastic lamps that even The Range wouldn’t stock!
I was going to use them to decorate the path to my wedding I’m so glad I only ordered two!
Radio silence now.
I have asked for return information so far nothing.
I wish I had read the one lonely review before I purchased! Lesson learnt.
Oh and even though they sell themselves as a UK company it’s Chinese 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve raised a dispute through my bank to get my money back from these thieves. I’ve been waiting a long time for my purchase & keep getting fobbed off with lies.

Omg avoid at all costs. Cheap crap and then you don’t get full refund offer 50%back. It’s rubbish quality garbage

If no stars were possible that would be my review .. ordered a dress and the quality was very poor so want to return and now after many emails they have offered a 50% refund and keep the dress .. I have accepted this as I can not keep emailing back and forth.

Avoid like the plague fake reviews. I ordered the Artisan garland paid £21.50 was sent a plastic garland which smelt heavily of chemicals. Refund policy is misleading will try to wear you down with discounts emails to avoid refunding your money. Trading Standards pls look into!!!!!!!! Checked reviews before ordering all fake….. DO NOT USE THEIR SITE……. rosemary.co.uk not legit!!!!

I bought a a pair of Solar Lights from this company. They had an advert on Pinterest with a visual/video of the product too. The lamps are nothing like those shown and are tiny, poorly made and aesthetically below par. Avoid this company exporting substandard products from China. They seem to have excellent on-line reviews but this is unacceptable and needs investigation by trading standard.

AVOID! This company has gone heavy on ads of luxury products. website looks very legitimate showing packaging from their uk London store in a nice box but it’s all fake: I ordered what was a thick bushy Christmas garland which looked about 5inches wide from the advert. What came was a tiny plastic garland that was 1cm wide that had been stuffed into a jiffy back about the size of my hand which stank of chemicals.

All the advertising shows high quality products this is a Chinese company supplying very poor quality product stay clear
