Served by Jane in Buchanan Galleries Glasgow store.
I have used a perfume for many years that is now only sold by Perfume shop, not only was it on offer today, I saved an extra 20% as bought two bottles.
Jane asked for my opinion on the ‘points’ free gifts that are offered, she also showed me how to use the small atomiser bottle sold in store as this perfume only comes in a larger bottle.
Very helpful.

Plus the lady at the Glasgow branch gave me a small Chanel gift bag as the only gift bag offered online was red& black. I knew my friend would be delighted with her Chanel gift & bag.

Getting a Birthday Gift for Mum
I was visiting The Perfume Shop for the first time in 2 years and Lin was amazing. Helped me select a good perfume for my mums birthday and told me details about the shop other branches never told me about. The student discount, the option of ordering online then collecting on location, the app, and the gift option for trading in my points. Lin offered high-quality customer service and made sure I got my gift for my mum at a good price.

All 5 stars go to a fantastic woman, Lin, who sold me an Armani gift set today in Glasgow’s Buchanan Galleries shop. She was very helpful and assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for! She was incredibly friendly and has an amazing sense of humour. I wish all sales assistants in perfume shops were like her. Thank you very much again!

I feel obliged to tell you about the service I received while visiting your Buchanan Galleries branch, The Perfume Shop. We walked in looking for family fragrances, and Dianne your manageress at this branch was second to none. While looking for fragrances, Dianne was exceptional, professional and knowledgeable with all our questions. Dianne’s patience and help with all our requests was so gratifying at a time it is so busy. Dianne would take her time, and attend to us, while we were choosing all our fragrances, while still looking after the premises. Myself and wife would like to thank you ( Dianne), very much, for making our visit so very welcoming. Back soon. Thank you.
