Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. She helped me make the right choice of fragrance for my step-father's 60th birthday. The Sauvage Extrait was a nice one... Especially with the gift wrap and birthday message on the ribbon!
Absolutely beautiful experience and I'll be back for the Christmas shopping!

YSL MYSLF
Had birthday money burning a hole in my pocket and was running short of YSL MYSLF, one of my favourite aftershaves. Went to The Perfume Shop as they had a promotion on all fragrances over a certain price for Fathers Day. Even so, had an exceptionally friendly and helpful colleague called Harvey assist me, running through all my options and prices from the MYSLF range and I would happily recommend this store to others.

I visited the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries - Harvey is amazing.
I visited the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries store again. And was lucky enough to be served by Harvey again. He is just incredible. The perfume I went in for was out of stock, he checked for me and it’s discontinued. He was great searching for other products for me having recommended Coach Dreams previously which I loved (but is now discontinued) he is just brilliant at listening to customers, knows the products and goes the extra mile every time I am in. He is an incredible asset to your organisation, his customer service skills are second to none and brilliant at his job.
