Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Lovely shopping experience
I treated myself to my favourite perfume, Dior's Pure Poison at the Glasgow Buchanan shopping mall. The assistant Diane was lovely and even offered a very nice discount on the 100ml bottle. As I left I heard her being lovely to the next customer. I really appreciate good service and would definitely buy from this store again.

The product I was looking for was due
The product I was looking for was due in with the shops delivery that was due that day . The lady Diane that served me today went out of her way to go through her delivery as quickly as she could for me even dealing with staff shortages Diane gave me 100% of her attention and went over and above with her customer service I’m so grateful to her for all her help.
