Very good service. I placed order yesterday and received the parcel today, just within 24 hours. Besides, I placed an order with a wrong power, I called help Center immediately, the agent helped amended the order. I will place repeated order soon.

This experience from the optical store has been quick, and easy to navigate the perception. The contact lenses arrived very well packaged and arrived on time. Just received my 3rd order from the…
Just received my 3rd order from the Optical Store without any problems. They seem to be genuinely undercutting the other major online contact lens suppliers (by about 10% for my lenses) and are UK based. They don't offer next day delivery so don't leave it to the last minute if using this company, but my orders have always arrived within a week by Royal Mail tracked delivery (this most recent order arrived 2 days after ordering). Very happy.
