Haven’t received it yet i been waiting for 2 months

Update: Purchased a gift five days ago as a Christmas gift. Upgraded the shipping in acknowledgement of the busy time. Their guidelines state that the purchase must be made before the 19th for non-inscribed items to receive by Christmas. I ordered on the 16th. This is a very common issue with them, and this is significant issue. If you can't fulfill your own timeline, you shouldn't publish it or offer it.

Update: After no reply and three more weeks, I inquired AGAIN as to the status of the purchase. I was informed that "the manufacturer had a discrepancy and the product was no longer available". They then offered a credit for use in their store. ABSURD. So, they didn't reach out to tell me. I had to go find out the product was just never coming. The nerve to then offer a credit instead of a significant apology on the failure of communication, production, and complete failure to fulfill their obligations is absolutely beyond belief. I want my refund. This is not a company worth your business.

I had my ring for one day and it already started turning silver and the ring was $180 so it shouldn’t turn in literally one day and I wrote customer service about it and never received an email back

I placed an order in October for a customized name plate necklace. After over a month now my order still says unfulfilled.. which is okay because I’m not expecting a speedy order. But when i try to reach out the the company about when it should be expected no one ever answers my phone calls or emails.. very inconvenient

I ordered my boyfriend a gold pendant for his chain beginning in November and there still is nothing on my order. No shipping, no update, and it’s a Christmas gift. I’ve come to the conclusion i’m not getting it. And spending upwards of $100 FOR THIS?? Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve even contacted customer service and commented on their insta. All failed.

Ordered 2 rings in September and received both of them in separate orders (even though they explicitly state they don't do that) nearly 2 months later. I still haven't received the second (and more expensive might I add) item. Quality of the first ring is trash. If I ever receive the second ring I will not have high expectations. I am severely disappointed and will not purchase from them again.

The jewelry is CRAP quality. It looks NOTHING like the pictures online. I wasn’t aware of the return policy (my fault) and when I asked for a refund they could only offer me store credit, which is unfortunate because I won’t order any jewelry from this site. This is gold plated jewelry and I’ve ordered from other sites that have CHEAPER jewelry and actually looks like gold material. My ring looked like I got it out of a quarter machine. Do not purchase.

The wrong item was initially provided. The error was quickly addressed and I was allowed to keep the original item.

Everything was beautiful. I just wish you made the barb wire choker in a bigger size for us plus size gals.

I placed an Order 08/23/23 and still no merchandise. I've sent several emails. Still today NO ONE has reach out to me. I'm very disappointed with this company and the lack of communication with their customers.

Bought a costume necklace for my boyfriend back in August, and now it's October. still no necklace and they said it would get SHIPPED to the courier on the 3/4th week of October. it's the 4th week and still no sign. they said the same thing last month, and predicted it would get sent out 3/4th week on September, but now it's October? they cannot cancel the order, but give no reason why. but hey, at least they gave me $50 store credit ;-;

Do not order from this company. I ordered a 14kt gold necklace two months ago and sitll nothing.

Yet again il reiterate that il NEVER ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AGAIN! 2 1/2 months later I finally received my second part of my order only it wasn’t my personalised necklace we had been waiting for it was the back of the first earring sent! My necklace has gone missing apparently! So bloody disappointing after we had been waiting for anxiously for this item!! Check the reviews before ordering from this company before wasting your time and money! There are plenty of better places to get personalised jewellery from and it’s not this one.

the jewelry is of poor quality, the earrings with butterflies when I wore them broke, and the rings have discolored material.

I’ve been wearing my new single pave butterfly necklace for three days and two of the gems already have fallen out. The quality is horrible on your pieces. Worth like $15 and comparable to Marshall’s jewelry
