This has been a terrible experience, I only purchased something from here because my wife wanted to try it. I ordered on Jan.3rd. I have yet to receive any shipping notification and just like all the others who haven’t received their items, I am in the same boat. I’ve emailed several times about shipping as well refund. The only reason I’m even posting a review is because other ppl have and seem to get some type of response. At this point I don’t know whether to charge it to the game or keep trying. I hope ppl see these reviews before seeing the mega IG campaign they pushing before purchasing anything. I should have came here first like I do any other company I’m unsure about. M Jewelers ya’ll petty taking ppl hard earned money and not delivering on the product. Whether it’s cheap or not ppl want the things they buy. Run me my coins back asap! You can not appease me with these little replies on this site cause they all lies!! Respond in the email with clarification on where things are going wrong. And we don’t need store credit, we can’t even receive what we bought the first time. Send that original payment back and let ppl move on. The nerve!!

I am so upset!!! I have been waiting for my necklace since before Christmas. I have called, emailed the costumer service many times!!! No one ever answered or emailed me back. No many back no necklaces. I have never experienced something like this before!!!! Do not buy anything on line!!!

Placed an order on December 8th, 2023 — by January 10th, no updates whatsoever with shipping, etc. so I reached out and they said the product had been discontinued and I would not be getting it so I requested a refund. They notified me that they cancelled my order on 1/10/2024 and to allow 10-15 business days to receive my refund. I never received a refund or email update so I emailed AGAIN on 2/1/2024 inquiring about my refund status and still no response. I sent a third email on 2/14/2024, still no response. At this point it’s been over a month. Will be opening up a claim with my bank if I don’t hear back.

They SCAM! I made an order on december 2023 and We're on february 2024 and It hasn't arrive yet.. so they "resolved it" with a store credit.. so I ordered it again and It didn't arrive again. BE CAREFUL with this company

The jewelry is great! Awaiting updates on shipping sometimes is a mixed experience.

I'm not mad because I got my rings for almost 70% off. But had I paid FULL PRICE for THIS quality? I'd have been pissed off, I'm not gonna lie. Very cheap quality. The shipping was fast and like I said, I'm not mad cause the price I paid I feel was worth the quality. Around $30 per ring. But $100-$120 for this flimsy material is absolutely not worth it.

I Purchased a necklace and they never sent it to me. Total scam!

I purchased the tennis necklace, a great price but then days later it broke. The attachment came of I was simply wearing the necklace. I emailed them they did send a replacement and the second time same thing I was at work and a coworker told me my necklace was not attached and when I checked it came apart again. I have jewelry from other places , my one necklace I never take off from pandora and never had an issue. They refuse to replace it offered me credit back and I still haven’t received credit it’s been over a week. Never purchasing again two broken pieces not great quality

Ya get what you pay for... If you're looking for necklaces where the closure/clasp and chain are literally twisty tied together (like the twisty ties that come on bread bags), then you'll love the pieces offered by this "jeweler". If you want hight quality gold plated pieces, be sure to look elsewhere. Even at a steep 60% discount, I would not recommend buying from them.

I placed an accidental order on 1/11 and immediately canceled it 5 minutes of placing the order. I emailed costumer service about how long the refund should take- they informed me it would take 10-15 day period. Last week, 1/27 I sent a follow up email regarding the refund and when I should recieve my payout.. I have yet to be contacted by anyone on the team. Then today sent my 3rd email and still have not heard from anyone. The customer support team is lacking any responsibility and seems unable to answer any of my questions. I'm really disappointed by this, and will definately affect my business with them in the future.

I never received my order. Still waiting for a refund- it's been 20 days. Nothing I ordered was a customized piece.

Let me start off by saying that I actually really liked this brand. I had bought a ring for my bf maybe a year ago, it's beautiful and he's gotten a number of compliments on it.
For Christmas this year I placed an order for a ring he had mentioned he wanted. On the website it said there were 5 left in his size, I placed the order well ahead of Christmas, about a month or so. Two weeks go by and the shipping information does not get updated, there is no tracking info. I email them, to which they tell me 'The item is currently out of stock, and we still do not have the restocking date for this.' At this point it's too late to order a replacement from another store that'll come in on time for Christmas. They offered me store credit higher than the balance I paid for, to which I declined and asked for a refund. I was told I'd get a refund in 10-15 business days. Today, has been exactly a month since the 'refund' was issued and my card is still getting charged for a ring I never received. I sent them an email again, and I was told today they issued a refund on the order. You have got to be joking right? So my card got charged for an item I never received, I had no Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and I had to ask multiple times for a refund. I tried calling, to which they never actually pick up. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Buy at your own risk bcs they're truly not worth it, the level of carelessness and unprofessionalism from the company was beyond infuriating.

the absolute worst experience!! I purchased a nameplate necklace at the ends of September and I received it November 1st, the issue was my name was written incorrectly even though my name was written on the shipping label and the order summary so idk how that was missed…I sent it back hoping for a replacement and that could never be fulfilled (it’s already the end of December), so I just requested a refund at this point. I kept contacting them that my refund was never finalized and they sent me a fake email saying I was completely refunded; however, that was a lie. I had to resolve this issue with my bank. NEVER SHOP HEREEEEEE!

I’ve tried contacting them for refund because the chain completely turned my neck red and itchy. Of course no one wants to answer now.

I ordered a very sentimental gift for my sister on December 9th. Was told it would be shipped before Christmas 18th-21st. I couldn’t wait for my sister to open it on Christmas morning as it was a locket with my late dad’s photo inside. I never got a shipping notification so I checked in multiple times. They pushed the shipping out to after Christmas then the second week of January. I just checked in again because I haven’t heard anything and it’s January 11th and they said the order will not be fulfilled and the style is discontinued. Why wasn’t I immediately notified of that and refunded? DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

First of all, Pazo made our experience in the store great. I have ordered several items online to Germany before and have always been impressed with the designs and quality. On my first visit now, of course I had to visit your store in SoHo and the staff, as well as the atmosphere and shopping experience, made me want to come back more often and try and buy something new again and again. It was great how open and cordial the communication in the store was!

Trash company with bad quality jewelry. I should have known it was a red flag for their items to constantly be on sale. Took over a month to receive my item, which had brass showing through the silver (I hadn’t even noticed it was “silver vermeil”). Two weeks after hearing no updates, I commented on their instagram asking about it, and my comment was deleted! Shame on you
