This is the best tennis necklace I’ve bought and I’ve tried a lot. It doesn’t flip over, it’s sparkly. It’s perfect and I’m ordering another one. Shipping was quick and priced reasonably for the quality!

Sent the wrong item but customer service was extremely responsive and helpful in ameliorating the situation. Would purchase again!

The jewelry is overpriced for the quality of the product. I ordered a necklace that cost $135 and it’s tarnished within one month of wear. At that price point a piece of jewelry should be longer lasting. That’s something that happens with jewelry that costs $10, not $135. On top of that, I ordered the necklace and went weeks with no update. I finally called and was informed the product wasn’t even in their possession. Not sure why you’d sell a product online and not even list a warning that the product was on back order. They were nice in helping me find a solution and the necklace ended up coming earlier than anticipated. Please use caution when buying more pricier items from this company. The quality just isn’t amazing.

So they can respond to every other customer but not me, once I exposed them of their fake 14KT gold. I am in the works of creating a social media page to expose these crooks and I will not stop spreading awareness of these scammers. PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! You will receive the cheapest, thinnest, costume jewelry, which tarnishes in mere WEEKS.

The quality of this jewelry is extremely disappointing. For the price point I am so surprised at how dinky it feels and looks. The chain lengths are too short to be accessible. The customer services dept said the jewelry is light because it’s “dainty”. Honestly if I had know how the 2 lockets I got would feel I would not have spent 30 dollars on them let alone 100 each.

I ordered a custom necklace for a friends bday and not only has it still not shown up a month after purchase, it hasn't even SHIPPED yet. They have the WORST customer service and care for clientele. I have left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails, with NO response. So unprofessional in so many degrees. And yet, I still get SPAMMED with 20 M JEWELER emails a day for products. It's ridiculous. Can someone please make this right or is a review, 5 emails and 3 calls not enough to warrant any kind of response? LMK.

I am sooo frustrated & disappointed!!! I bought a simple, 14kt gold rose necklace. I was really patient even after 3 weeks of no updates. I emailed them & they told me it should be sent out by the 4th week. Long story short of waiting now 6 WEEKS!! I get told they can no longer fulfill my order, and they can give me a credit. I keep asking for a refund & now I’m not getting any responses!!! I just want my money back, this company is such a SCAM!!!

I bought two M Jeweler bracelets on a whim one morning after browsing on Instagram. Then I started seeing online reviews and they were terrible. I immediately sent an email requesting my order be cancelled before it was fulfilled. They denied this request. I get the bracelets by the end of the week and they were the cheapest, ugliest bracelets I have ever seen in my life. Kind of cute, if you're a child. That's how costume jewelry it is. I requested a return. They informed me the item was final sale because I used a promo but would give me a store credit but informed me that I'd be responsible for shipping and to use a "reputable" shipper. A note, nothing said final sale online. They have a promo now and I attempted to check out again -- no final sale language. THIEVES. The jewelry looks better online and yes, I am aware that it was fake -- I expected more prestige based on the price. Do not buy -- the service, product and company is TRASH.

Unfortunately I didn’t read online reviews for this site before purchasing. I found their ad via Instagram and thought it was a great deal considering it looked like quality jewelry. The prices were basically 50% off and now looking back, was too good to be true. The necklace I purchased originally retailed for $150 and was on sale for $76.00 not including shipping/taxes, this is honestly still a lot of money for the quality received. After opening up the box I instantly felt how light the cross on the necklace was, it was hollow and felt almost like silver coated plastic. Like many other reviews have said, I was shocked. How could this even come close to $80-$90 dollars worth. I went shopping around on other jeweler sites after and they seemed to offer same price for much better quality. It’s honestly a scam after crunching the numbers because it would be fraud to sell this item at $150 retail. The most disappointing part about all this is there are ZERO returns/money back, only exchanges so in the end it’s not even worth it. I unfollowed them on Instagram, won’t ever be purchasing from them again and sadly gave the necklace away. I really hope as they continue to receive poor reviews, they eventually decide to drop their prices or up their quality. Only time will tell.

Quality of the jewelry is not good at all. 2/10, genuinely looks like I could have purchased these necklaces at a fast fashion shop. The rings are slightly better, but not good enough, especially for the prices. And speaking of, the prices are genuinely astronomical for the quality. Giving 3 stars as customer service was really great and prompt when I had to contact them, but the quality is so bad that I would never purchase again. If not for the customer service, I would have given 2/5.

Actually kind of upset at the quality of this jewelry. Their return policy is stupid and the responses from different meme bets are different from each telling me they don’t allow returns but for this one time they’ll let me but then tell me returns are allowed and that they’ve always done them

The numbers do not look professionally made. There is extra spaces in between the last 2 numbers as they do not connect like the others and I feel the craftsmanship of this necklace is sloppy. Not what I expected.

Return policy for discounted items seems unjust. I was surprised of the quality of the item, feels/looks like it was made from tinfoil.

I received fraud, someone used my account info and the company did not help me at all with a refund on my account or anything, stated they will only issue a store credit yet i didn't make the purchase nor even received the package since someone else received it

Necklaces are gaudy and gross and cheaply made in China. Even worse was the customer service. You can’t return anything if you use a discount code, they only offer you store credit. Oh and you have to ship the product back, using your own money. Not worth it.
