Delivery by DPD excellent and packaging of plant good. However, I did not expect the plants to be potted into the the actual plant pot that did not contain drainage holes. The plants did not look happy and when I took them out of the pots they were all suffering with their roots. I had to remove all the soil and found the free plant a succulent was the most affected and don,t know if it will survive. Only buy if in a growing pot and check that also. Wouldn’t by again.

Easy ordering and very prompt delivery of a delightful terrarium for a 90 year birthday present. Item was packed securely with no damage. (May be ordering one for myself!)

Great packaging. I thought they’d be bigger but actually perfect sizing

I ordered a Hoya Kerrii as a gift and it looks just as beautiful as the photos on the website. It was so well packaged. As this is a gift and there is a few days before gifting, I contact Little Botanical for some advice on how to care for it and had a really informative and warm reply from Holly. I ordered a lovely plant from Little Botanical and absolutely loved the pot. The plant arrived well packaged and in great condition, so no complaints there at all.

There was a £20 minimum spend, so I added plant food and a moss pole to make up the order. When the delivery arrived, the moss pole was missing. I emailed the company but didn’t receive any response. The moss pole did arrive a few days later, but again with no explanation or reply.

I’m unsure whether the moss pole was missed from the original order or always intended to be sent separately. Either way, it feels a bit odd given the minimum spend is framed around sustainability, yet two separate deliveries were made and the lack of communication didn’t help.

Lovely products, but customer service and communication could definitely be improved.
