Disappointed with the packaging which looked so much nicer on the website. The chocolate corkscrew arrived broken , which was later replaced , but my two deliveries should have arrived together , not days apart , since both were ordered at the same time .

Ordered sauna with full installation. I would wholeheartedly recommend Keico. Keiron and the team did a fantastic job. Great customer service. Very polite, tidy, efficient and so pleased we ordered with them. There was a delay to the delivery which was annoying but they provided a beautiful gift to apologise. This is my second order from Keico.
First order of Golden Edition Moet & Chandon 75cl Champagne Gift Set arrived with everything in good condition.
Second order arrived with one broken Champagne flutes. I then contacted customer service asap . Unfortunately it was a long bank holiday weekend so no response for three days. Felt a bit anxious at first but received response from customer service on Tuesday. Replacement glass was delivered within 2 days.
The new Champagne flutes arrives in good condition with extra bubble protection. Hence another 5 stars 🌟 feedback from me.
