Two wonderful bags one for me and one for a friend - we did pay extra for next day delivery as needed them quickly. Bags are great - lightweight, comfortable strap and roomy for a small bag. Very pleased with our purchases.

Useful travel bag
Usually use a small sized HB bag but wanted a larger size for travelling. The 2 medium bags were delivered within 2 days. I have just used the medium travel bag for a weekend away and found the many pockets useful especially the 2 long pockets on the outside for easy access. I like the large security pocket on the inside as my tablet fits in easily and it can be zipped up. All in all a very useful bag. Have not used the other mdeium bag yet, but I like the green colour very much.

Firstly, I love HBBs....so I took a chance on a having one made with polyester. The bag feels like it's made of plastic & sounds like it's made of plastic. The material is thin and is not stitched as I thought, but embossed with the pattern. When worn, it generated a surprising amount of heat, which would be useful in the winter months, not so good in hot weather. I also paid a next day premium fee for postage when I placed the order - ...it was delivered late and left on the door step. I will shortly be replacing my original HBB which has lasted me 14 years, with another one - no concerns or complaints with this one!

Please rest assured that none of our bags are made from plastic.
If the bag did not meet your expectations, you were welcome to return it for a full refund. Likewise, if you paid for next-day delivery and your order did not arrive as promised, we would have been happy to offer a partial refund of your delivery charges.
Unfortunately, none of these issues were brought to our attention at the time, which is a shame, as we are always committed to putting things right whenever something goes wrong. There is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone, and a dedicated customer service team.

Delivery speed was a little disappointing, not sent by 24 or 48 hours tracking, so treated as second class post and delivered later than expected, 3 days later in this case.

Return and exchange of bag
I order one size of bag and realised it was too small so returned it and requested a larger one. The whole transaction was dealt with in a very efficient and speedy way.

My 'old' baglette finally failed
My baglette finally failed - could I have had it about 18 years ? I speculated that the firm would no longer be trading....but I was wrong ! I think I will be dead before this one wears out, but am using it every day and hope to get value for money :)
