My first purchase. Great service and loved my baglett so much so that I have bought another colour in the sale. Just the right size for everyday essentials and stops me taking everything but the kitchen sink!

I bought the bag after a personal recommendation and I'm really pleased with it. I'm on holiday in Scotland and the bag is great for travel, it fits loads of things in and is very comfortable to wear. I find the design easier than a rucksack, as everything is more accessible. The website is good and delivery excellent.

This was my third purchase. I was pleased to see that the Velcro fasteners had been upgraded to magnetic ones.

Always provided a unique hand bag which is security minded, very well made and has plenty of inside and outside pockets.
Love tge design and colour.

Only had to throw away my other one as the zip had melted in the sun

searching for a bag big enough for essentials but not heavy on the shoulder. I may have found it at last - great size, weight, and love how it can be worn in different ways. 👍❤️

Strong bag, well made, lasts for years.
Had small textured nylon previously, and used as everyday bag & for travel. So many pockets with some secured by zips. So useful, spacious and can hold a small umbrella or rolled up waterproof.
Ordered a medium this time for travel and thinking about a baglet for everyday

These bags are exactly right for me and arrive quickly.

I have been buying ever since they first came out in America. They are easy to carry over your shoulder no matter how much you put in them. The quality is great and they last a long time. [ approx; for me 6to 8years at a time]

Good choice of quality bags of different sizes in a variety of patterns and colours. Useful information re sizing and details of features in the bags e.g. pockets, keychains etc. Ordering online is quick and easy with plenty of communication about progress and delivery of the order. I haven't had to contact customer service but based on the above I'm confident it wouldn't be a problem

Lovely bags, I can't stop buying more! The only bag I can carry due to arthritis and a bad back, have tried all the others including one strap and 2 strap styles and these are the only ones I can easily wear with no pain!
(In fact I've just ordered more, think I now have the whole range......)

The bag is a present and looks very pretty and useful. Just big enough to get the important things in.

Friendly reliable help - great bag!

Bags arrived quickly and are really useful, use them all the time. I've also encouraged a friend to buy one. However I don't buy bags every day, or even every year, so I have no idea why they insist on emailing almost every day. Drives me potty. I might unsubscribe if it's the only way I can stop them, but don't mind receiving one every few weeks or months. They're not the only ones, I am inundated with emails from companies I once bought something from, doesn't encourage repeat orders.

This is my second Healthy Back bag and I am getting used to the different pocket layout. It is frustrating that the medium size will not quite fit A4 sheets easily but otherwise it is pretty good and if it does not come everywhere with me, I rarely go out without it.
