Forced to use Plaid or pay 3%, Plaid doesn't carry my bank
The bank account connection is done through Plaid, which does not support my bank. Customers whose banks are not supported by the Plaid system are then required to pay by card, which incurs a 3% fee. There should be a way to connect to a bank account without using Plaid.

According to our records, it looks like you were ultimately able to match your bank account for ACH and did not need to use a card as your payment method. We wanted to flag this in case there was any confusion, and we're glad you didn't incur any fees while paying for your Lease Guarantee.

Guarantor Help
The guarantors helped my husband and I get our apartment that we wanted to stay with. Yes, you’ll pay a couple of $$$ but it will help to get your choice of apartment if you can’t make twice or 3x the rent. Towards the end of your leasing term, they will contact you through text, phone calls, and emails to make sure what your plan will be if you’ll renew or end your leasing term if you decide not to stay. Yes, if you cannot make 2-3x rent with the leasing office of your choice of apartment then the guarantors would be the next option and you’ll most likely get approved.

I couldn't ask for a better experience!
After completing my application with TheGuarantors I was approved immediately and given the go ahead to apply with the apartment I had chosen. This was actually a Villa and an absolute dream of mine to call my home. The Villa called me directly with some minor instructions to complete and within an hour I was signing my lease.
I am so very grateful that I choose this route! Thank you, I could have not done this without you.
