Hi Katy,

We have now been able to identify the account this review relates to.

We find the review particularly surprising given that we have spoken with you on a number of occasions throughout the duration of the package and have worked with you directly regarding it.

We are not going to continue discussing the details of the account through an online review platform, as this is a business matter and should be dealt with directly and professionally between the parties. We will contact you directly regarding the points you have raised.

For clarity, however, we do need to correct one point. The package has been delivered in accordance with the agreement, and our records show that the services provided have not been used by you to the extent available.

With regard to the advertising, you are welcome to attend the relevant club site and view the screens for yourself, and we have always encouraged clients to do this if they have any concerns about their branding being displayed.
We also appreciate that you have explained to us that you have experienced some personal difficulties during the period of the package.

Those matters have been noted and, where appropriate, discussed with you privately and honestly. We have always sought to deal with those circumstances separately and with understanding.

However, we are a business providing a contracted business service, and personal circumstances should not be conflated with the contractual position or used as a basis for making allegations about the business.

We will therefore deal with the substantive points directly with you rather than continue a public discussion here.

Hello Byron,

We are disappointed to read your review and strongly reject the suggestion that the company is a scam.

We have made extensive attempts to engage with you regarding your account, with more than 25 pieces of correspondence and contact issued in an effort to discuss the position and resolve matters directly. Unfortunately, meaningful engagement has not taken place.

The agreement was entered into on the basis of contractual terms which included an automatic renewal provision and the requirement to provide notice within the specified timeframe if the agreement was not to renew. The required notice was not received, and the agreement subsequently renewed in accordance with those agreed terms.

You have raised a number of allegations regarding the agreement and the services provided, which we do not accept. We have sought to address those points and provide you with the opportunity to discuss the matter directly, but the outstanding contractual balance remains due in accordance with our position.

The fact that the matter has progressed towards formal recovery should not be characterised as a threat. Where an undisputed contractual balance remains unpaid and attempts to resolve matters directly have not resulted in engagement, escalation is an entirely legitimate step.

We remain willing to engage with you and consider any genuine, substantiated concerns through the appropriate channels. However, describing the company as a “scam” is a serious allegation and does not accurately reflect our position or the contractual history of the account.
