DONT BUY IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PATIENCE!!! Placed an order on September 5th, and was not processed, contacted the Whatsapp number on September 9th and they told me that I have to pay $80 extra for the items to be processed and shipped! even thought I paid the full amount on the website which was $120, I asked for cancellation and they told they will forward my request for the UAE team??? and haven’t heard anything form them. I sent 4 emails the CS and the GCC still no response since then, I called today on the 15th and gave me the same response that they will forward my request!

Update: it’s the 17th, after I called again and mentioned their instagram account they finally responded with the cancellation confirmation, and the bank sent a message with the reverse payment next 5 working days. I guess it’s a legit company but they REALLY NEED to work on their website and CUSTOMER SERVICE for the customers to come back, because personally my experience wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t order from them again.

The service provided by TheGlobaLGenie is amazing. I had ordered a G shock watch which was only available on Amazon.com. The delivery was seamless and really smooth. It was a cross border delivery and was delivered before time.

I placed my order on July 28th and have not received it to date. They did not send any tracking number. I have called customer service at least 5 to 6 times. Each time I called, they said they would forward my inquiry to the relevant team and that someone would contact me, but I have not heard from anyone so far. I doubt that this is a legitimate company.

I was approached by the global genie via amazon for my pet food supply.
Once i entered their world i was completely taken aback by the list of product options being offered and found better deals. My only worry was genuineness, duration validity, and customer care connectivity for the order, and i was pleasantly surprised worth satisfaction in all factors that mattered. There was only slight issue with predicted ETA and actual delivery date, which was being looked into and updated by the team whenever approached for information.
Looking forward to exploring my options with them.

I ordered 2 duffle safari bags from them. I had to follow up with them over emails and calls. They eventually told me there was a delay and they couldn't deliver. I then asked for a refund, but a day after my request, they send me an email to confirm my shipment would arrive with Aramex.

I told them I did not want the bags anymore as I had placed another order with Amazon, but they still went ahead to deliver the cancelled shipment to my doorstep. Now I'm currently chasing them to collect their items and refund my money, which is very frustrating.

Overall, if you value your time don't order here. Customer service is terrible.

Very disappointing experience. I spent over 5,000 SAR on this order. After it was delayed, I was promised that my shipment would be forwarded from Saudi Arabia to Bali so I could receive it during my trip. I trusted that promise, but it was never fulfilled. To make things worse, the package arrived with a badly damaged box. I truly regret purchasing from this company and expected much better service and communication.
