It is the worst online experience so far, app not user friendly , I ordered in hurry an air frayer and made itas a guest using my email and phone number, thenafterthe order I registered I found that I can't track my order by order number and only way to email that what so called customer care who are completely don't know the basics of customer service and how they deal with a customer in a polite manner, I ambasking when I should expect my order they answer we will check with the seller?? I didn't recieve my order, and worst don't know how to request a refund if I won't revieve it by today. Don't even give this app a try

Still about my order they failed to deliver it in time missed my classés and other business issues because you failed to deliver my laptop same thing you say you will deliver in one to 2 days but it's one month now. I call upon every one with such cases I lready opened up à case against them we have enough évidence but we need more and very soon we meet in court seems u here to waste peoples time

I bought Adidas shoes, but they were fake, not genuine. This is my first and definitely I will never buying from this website.

I had a very bad experience with this storeus third party company, I make online order and The product was delivered very late, and when I finally received it, the item was damaged and it’s totally different and less parts, then I return the product after 2 days they come and picked the item , after every single day i follow up with the customer service when to get my item and they keep saying 1-3 working days I will get my item, I wait more than 20 days to get my item but unfortunately i didn’t get the item, better to Order from Amazone or Ali baba, This is completely unacceptable, especially after waiting so long.

There was no proper communication or support regarding the delay or the damaged product. Overall, the service quality is very poor, and I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this storeus and multi home furniture unless they seriously improve their delivery and quality control.

If you don’t know how to run a business and give good customer satisfaction don’t start these kind of business

Very disappointing experience with Storeus. I ordered two laptop tables priced at AED 63 each, but after placing my order, their customer service informed me that the item was suddenly “out of stock” and offered me the same product for AED 129 per piece instead. When I refused to pay extra, they cancelled my order without my consent. To make things worse, I still haven’t received my refund. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable — customers shouldn’t be treated this way.

This company is the worst I recommend everyone not to buy from them. I placed my order and up until now I haven’t received it. So I’m currently in the process of trying to report them and get my money back. Worst company ever!

Absolute scammers !!!! The parfumes that i ordered are fake and the bottle broke just when i unpacked the product:((( 500 dirhams in the trash !!

Be careful - this is a total scam company
- the price they post is wrong. Once you do the payment, they will contact you right the way and tell you there is a price difference that you need to pay or they will cancel the order.
- the product description is wrong as well. When they contact you, they will mention the correct description and they will offer a refund which takes up to 10 working days.
*Their main business is to utilize your money until it is refunded.

Worst service ever. Wanted to return an item and they refused they were rude and have not even addressed the request properly.

Pay a bit more and purchase items through a decent online company and avoid this rubbish.

Worst experience ever, still haven't received what I ordered and it's been more than 7 working days on an order that promised 2-4 workings day. Order from Carrefour it will save your time energy and stress. The customer service team (Shady) should receive a medal for not responding to emails and probably be promoted within the organization so someone more capable can manage the customer service role.

Very bad service. I ordered 5 items and only 2 was delivered after waiting 1 week. They don't call even to say the items are not available anymore just do refund automatically. What a stupid website to order from

Ordered a kitchen extractor hood from Storeus on their website . The system told me it was in stock and it would be delivered 4 days later . I was unable to track delivery via the website , so rang customer services who told me the item had been despatched and would be delivered 30/9/24 . On the morning of the 30th l got a phone call telling me that the item was not in stock and they had no idea if or when they would get any further restocks . I was told l would be informed by email when a refund was made . Needless to say , so far , l have heard nothing . I am in the middle of having my kitchen totally refitted and am now having to frantically find an extractor as the lack of one will hold up completion of my kitchen .
Reading other reviews of Storeus , my experience seems normal practice for this company . My suggestion would be to avoid these guys as whatever they tell you is , to put it politely , not necessarily true . Storeus should not take orders and money for items they do not have in stock . It is not rocket science, it is just good stock control which Storeus simply do not have .

Scammers !!

They said they delivered my items at the wrong location, some office !! Even though they had my address and they knew it's an apartment!!! Their customer service agent was very rude and disrespectful, was shouting and didn't let me speak (shame on HR who hired that male) he said it's my fault because I didn't send Google map location to the driver ! Unacceptable! Scammers ! Stay away!!!

But Working officially to loot customers, somebody should make a complaint against them.

Never trust and do not order.!!!!!!!! When I placed my order, I was told that it would take 4 days at most, but now they give various excuses every time I ask. But they immediately withdraw your money from your account, never trust them. Still i didn’t receive anything!!!
