Excellent service and customer service from Amy and Dez, highly recommended

A totally professional service from start to finish. Des went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.

Really pleased with the splashback in my kitchen. From start to finish, prompt communication with Amy on the quote, appointments, and a professional installation by Dez & team.
It finishes off the kitchen perfectly , a superb job and pleased that we are supporting a local business, would highly recommend.

I can strongly recommend using The Glassmith. We used them for a tricky shower enclosure in our en-suite. Other companies initially quoted but then weren't interested as it wasn't an easy job. They completed the work very professionally including producing a template so the glass fitted perfectly. We are really pleased with the result as it looks fabulous.

Brilliant service from start to finish. The workmen you came to install the shower glass were professional and friendly and did an excellent job. The shower looks great and really completes the bathroom!

Really happy with the kitchen glass splash back and the glass stairway which has made a fantastic addition to our home. Excellent work carried out by the fitters, Dez and Jack. A big thank you to Amy in the office who was extremely helpful.

Arrived when they said, communicated any changes in time, fast service, good price, the glass looks great.
Very pleasant to work with as well, tidy, efficient, professional.

Extremely professional, friendly and amazing communication. I can't thank them enough for their service and quality and commitment to a great job. I'm super happy and impressed with the shower enclosure fitted and would definitely recommend them to anyone desiring bespoke glass. I was also very happy with the price!

Really happy with the Mirror Splashback for my kitchen. Everything from the customer service to the installation team the experience was fantastic. Many thanks to Amy and Dez for the very professional service and communications throughout the process. I have no hesitation recommending Glassmith to my friends and colleagues.

From start to finish the team were very communicable and let me know the process at each stage. Very quick to come out and measure. Slight issue with the factory making the glass upon installing which is why I’ve not given 5 stars. Maybe quality control is required before leaving the factory to prevent this from happening again. Once the glass was right it was quickly installed with no delays or issues. Even the installation team were friendly and polite.

Great company!
Really pleased with our glass splashbacks.
Thank you so much Dez, Amy and Team 😀

I was amazed at how competitive the prices were compared to other glass companies. My Glass tinted grey splashback looks great. Well organised and Great service by The Glassmith (Wales) Limited. Thanks again to Amy, Des, Kyle and Brandon.

We have used Dez and his colleagues at Glassmith (Wales) a number of times and never fail to be impressed by their service. Polite and courteous and always leave with a job Well Done. I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Dez came out and surveyed the job and kept me updated throughout as and when our splashback were due in as we were keen to get them fitted before Christmas. The fitters turned up as arranged and were fantastic, very polite and professional and everything was left spotless on completion. Would highly recommend The Glassmith Wales

We were recommended to use The Glassmith by friends. The service and attention to deal is great, with a friendly and quick response to our requests. The service is second to none and we would happily recommend them to anyone else.

This family run business is local to me but I’m aware they provide they’re service & products right across the whole of UK.
Great communication prior, during & after installation, product quality of the splash-backs is top notch along with they’re own fitters work & finish
Highly recommended
