I work in an service industry where we have technicians all over the US, Canada, and Mexico. Time is money, whether it be technician who is sitting for days waiting on parts or worse lost production time of a main machine being down.

I came into a situation where we had a technician at a customer's facility on the opposite side of the US. Received a phone call Saturday afternoon that he needed a part to complete his job and there was a holiday week following so it was important that we try to get this completed in the next couple of days.

I found TEC online and had very good reviews. So I reached out for a quote not knowing that I was going to meet deadline to get him the part. Within minutes I received a follow up to get the information with either a phone call or email. I was blown away that we could have this happen and with reasonable price to do so.

The associate at TEC was in constant contact with me through the whole process. We were able to get this item delivered the very next day just after noon on a Sunday at the customer's facility. Technician was able to complete his job and get back in time for the break.

This saved our company from any additional costs for travel back as well as any further lost production time that our customer would have been down to get another tech back.

Our company will most definitely keep TEC in mind for any future emergency shipments will arise.

We can rest easier knowing that Expedited Freight is there to handle our last minute needs. Tim Merrick was amazing to work with and provided updates all along the way. Thank you!

My experience with this company was excellent. We were under immense pressure to deliver a finished product within 48 hours. At the last moment, we discovered that one of the parts of the design would not work. We were able to source a part that would work, but it would have taken too long to arrive. The Expedited Company provided a solution for us that delivered the part in under 24 hours. It literally saved the day - an entire day! It was enough for us to install the part, test the system and meet our crucial deadline. Their service was friendly and zero drama. Great job!

Great, constant communication. They mean what they say, and they back up what they say with their actions. When I expedite something, it is definitely expedited. I plan on using them in the future for when my customer needs something NOW. Or at the very least within the same day, depending on where it's coming from. Awesome service, Justin Peroli is fantastic.
