We have been using TEC weekly for that past 5 months and have been beyond pleased with the service. Even before we had a chance to set up a "real" account and service, they went the extra mile to help us resolve a shipping issue happening that day. Hands down the best customer service we've had from an outside vendor. Courteous, prompt to reply, going the extra mile and made every single deadline we gave them. They check off all the boxes of what we look for in excellent service. Will use them again when the need arises and highly recommend them, especially if you have a unique shipping situation.

Really professional in terms of communication

To say that Tim went above and beyond is an understatement. After first looking at the challenge, he revisited his resources and came back with a solution that worked great for our transport needs. He did so with flexibility on the timing and provided us with continuous updates, at least 2-3 times per day as the cargo was being delivered across the country. I ABSOLUTELY would seek out TEC in the future for my interstate cargo needs.

This was a wonderful experience, Tim provided a quote fast and setup the pickup and delivery fast. They were are the site for the pickup and ran into a small issue and contacted me right away. they we able to resolve it and get the package picked up and delivered fast. These guys are rock stars and Tim is just amazing.
