We had a last minute urgent need for a shipment to be moved from MI to IL and I didn't hear about it until about 3:30 CST. Long story short, by about 1:00 the next afternoon, the shipment was completed. Great communication, friendly people, and followed through on their commitments!

I called in on a whim, got Tim who was incredibly helpful, quick, and responsive. I'm a freight shipping novice, and Tim was happy to answer my dumb questions.

Tim was careful to temper my expectations that because the order was being put in on a Friday it likely wouldn't get to its destination until the following Monday -- I appreciate this because I hate to be overpromised and disappointed.

That said, the package arrived the next Thursday, which was perfect, and now I'm pleasantly surprised and giving a 5 star review.
