The English Bed Company have been superb. Quick delivery and the mattress that we purchased is everything we could have hoped for. Thank you English abed Company, you have transformed our sleep.

I am really pleased with the quality of the bed I ordered. It went together so easily.
The delivery guys were really helpful and were very happy to take the bed upstairs for me.

Professional sample service!

We ordered the Atwood bed and have found the bed itself to be made to a high standard and superb quality - very impressed in this respect. It looks even better than I was expecting, so we are very happy with our new bed. We ordered a mattress from another company so cannot comment on comfort.

Only complaints would be be that lead time was 13 weeks - not 8-10 as it says on the website, and we didn’t receive any updates on the delay. But the bed was worth the wait in the end!

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase from The English Bed Company. First class service, nothing is too much trouble for them. First class leather, I couldn't be happier. I will be back.

I ordered a bed for our new home and we are really pleased with it. This is the second we have purchased from The English Bed Company. Being able to visit the showroom and choose the exact colour we wanted really helped and the young man in the showroom was helpful without being pushy.

I would advise anyone not to buy from this Company, save your money and buy a cheaper bed elsewhere.
You do not get a luxury product for the high price point you pay. We have waited 21 weeks for our bed to be delivered, this was after the 1st attempt arrived damaged. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks. We wouldn’t have purchased the bed if we knew the wait time up front.
The replacement bed arrived and is covered in marks, and the divan is poorly made so it doesn’t fit together properly. (Delivery men just left it like this)
The delivery company they use are useless, they have no idea what they are doing and have marked our bed when putting it together (this took 1 hour 20mins) Considering you pay £49 for this service it is shocking.
Some of the customer service advisors are not helpful at all, we only want some compensation back for all the hassle we have had and the damages made, but they literally have non of it, they seem really tight as a company and don’t care if their customers are happy or not.
They have offered a technician to come out and look at the bed but the time slots are 6hours long and we can’t afford to loose another day out of work waiting around for this Company. We are at a loss what to do now..

Samples received promptly, labelled and also came with other useful information such as a price list and brochure.

Appalling/non-existent after sales customer service. The bed arrived with 2 large black marks on the headboard. The guys who installed the bed said we could simply get in contact to get the headboard replaced or get some money back to pay for the removal of the marks, they even noted it down in their delivery notes. However, after trying multiple times to get in contact, we have been completely ignored. We are now stuck with an expensive bed with damage. Not what you expect when buying a bed for over £1500!

Excellent delivery time on my samples and catalogue. We are very pleased with the quality of the material used. We are looking to place an order for a new bed.

Ordered some samples, arrived swiftly and leather quality looks good. Will be contacting again to order a Portland Sofabed!

Absolutely horrible service. The bed arrived six weeks late whilst i kept being told its in production will be out end this week.
Finally when it arrived, the delivery people took an hour to put it together, then they failed to take the mattress upstairs, just left it at the bottom of the stairs and left. I had to hire two other people, paid them 40pounds and they took it up the stairs in five mins flat. Is this what you call professional service..i call it pathetic service.

Shocking customer care team.
We have now been waiting 16 weeks for our bed delivery and have been told it’s still going to be another 5/6 weeks!
Nobody reply’s to emails and the customer care teams attitude is terrible. They couldn’t care any less if they tried. We decided to cancel our order as we would rather wait and not give this company our money (that they’ve already had for 16weeks collecting interest)
There customer care team Didn’t seem to care and quiet frankly seemed happy and pleased to organise a refund.
I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them. If I could have put -5* I would have.

Bed is amazing quality and very well made and solid! Came late due to the obvious reasons but I was given up to date info when asked! Only slight issue was delivery as the head board was so large the delivery guys couldn't get it up the stairs so left it with me! Only upon opening it up did I find instructions within the packaging that explained it may need to be dis-assembled for delivery! No problems after this but would have been good if the delivery chaps knew this so could advise! Maybe I missed something in previous emails explaining but no harm done and very happy with bed!!

Really fast dispatch of swatches packaged well and useful to see the texture and colour to select sofas.
Quality of swatches were good looking forward to placing an order once house purchase is complete

Excellent service - we ordered the wrong bed ( totally our mistake ) - we went back today and Nissi was brilliant, went through our options and the Correct bed has now been ordered!! Very smooth hassle free service …. Thank you Nissi . If your looking for a bed, sofa etc….. we would highly recommend 100%

My bed itself is lovely however the storage boards do not fit and nobody has responded to my emails and I can't get hold of anyone on the phone.
After sales care is terrible considering how much is spent on the products especially when a part doesn't fit.
